Mielle Organics Rosemary Mint Strengthening Edge Gel

I have tried so many edge gels and this is by far the BEST!!! The hold is incredible. It doesn’t leave your hair feeling dry and crunchy. The product doesn’t flake when it dries down and it can be easily brushed through. The scent is not overpowering and the mint doesn’t feel a tingly feeling on your edges. A little goes a long way and the price is so great for the quality and quantity.

I have now started using every product in this line (shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, deep conditioner, and strengthening oil). My hair has never been healthier/fuller! My hair is growing quickly, my breakage and shedding is less, and my previously thinning edges are growing back quickly! The leave-in is all I need for my daily styling (was previously using mousse, gel, etc. from other brands and still had issues with hold and curl definition). Over the past few weeks, I have had multiple compliments on my hair/inquiries into what products I use and I’m always happy to share this brand and this specific line of products! The products also last a fairly long time, making this a great price point! Definitely recommend!

BIG THING IN SMALL PACKAGE

I like the size, it don't make you think it more than it really is. Dosnt take a lot works better when hairs not over saturated with product, rubbing in palm applied with finger then laid in place with brush or small toothed comb eliminate the buildup. Like all other products has likeness to turn white whenever used in excess. I've used this edge control for 3 years now and it's one of my top five edge controls. It's keeps my hair moisturized and don't dry up like most. The hold works well based on how'its applied i have short natural an i have NO complaints. This is a truly good edge control if your not in to The smell of Rosemary then don't use this product

I like this edge gel. It’s a little thick, but doesn’t leave flacks which I appreciate. My hair doesn’t stay laid down for long though lol. This is usually my issue with edge controls. I guess because of how curly my hair is. I still like this gel because it does a much better job on my edges than other I’ve tried and it doesn’t leave my hair feeling dry.

Miss

This edge gel works really well on my hair and it lays down and smooths my edges. It's really good. The first time I used it I had some tingling on my edges because it has rosemary in it which I'm very happy with it. I will continue to buy it and I will recommend to other people. I really like it because I don't see any white stuff or flakes on my hair. During hot weather, I will not be using because it melts down and it becomes too oily. During cold seasons, I will be using it. I really like it and I would want to try out the Honey and Ginger Edge control

Not worth using

Decided to try this gel for the first time, although all products I’ve purchased from here has completely failed me. With gel ummmm what can go wrong!! Well everything, first it doesn’t lay my edges at all and I have thin great coil hair texture . Leaves white residue and just not a good gel by far. I’ve given all my Mielle Products to my hair stylist in hopes she may find use of them. I literally spent close to $100;or more with recommended products from Mielle and not one did nothing but made my hair drier then what it was, what a waste. Began researching products for my hair type and one product continued standing out, did much studying before I waste money again. As I Am Products, compared to Meille products is like night and day. Sorry for this type of review but honesty is important and some serious attention needs to reevaluate your own products, many others I know had the same complaints and glad to know I’m not alone with these products.

This does not hold edges

First of all, I'm usually a positive reviewer. I went out my way to go in store to purchase this product because I like their oil. This edge control does not hold! My edges are textured but not the most textured. I'll stick to Edge Booster. I'm trying to tell y'all, do not waste your money like I just did. This is just grease. I thought this product was geared toward textured hair, but I don't think that's any longer the case.

Used on dry scalp and thinning edges

I have Sisterlocks. They are dyed. My scalp is very itchy. I used the oil it didn't stop the itching more than a few minutesThe edge gel seems nice. Too early to know if it will strengthen my edges which are thin and [on one side] bald. Also when it's hot outside is when the test if it can hold up to humidity. Check back.

it was just ok. it

it was just ok. it left my hair with a white streak and it did not lay my edges down. The other Rosemary mint products are 🔥 🔥🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 My hair was falling out from stress. I started using the Rosemary mint oil , leave in conditioner and styling cream twice a day and my hair is growing so fast! even my side burns are growing fast from the out running down the side of my head before I could brush it into my hair! Thank you so much for these wonderful products! I tell everyone and also show my before and after photos
