The product is fine, no creaks, nice finish, great colour. However, the instructions for setting up were not well done. The picture showing the parts were unclear and misleading. Almost fixed the main beam upside down looking at the picture (which showned 3 screw holes on top when it should be at the bottom. Corrected only because I realised the horizontal wooden parts needed to be on top.

This gas lift bed is great. Looks as good as the picture. Easy to put together - I did it all by myself , the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loads of storage space under the mattress. Perfect for our small apartment.

The bed arrived a day earlier than expected! That worked well, as my previous bed was already dismantled. And the gas lift works great! I bought this bed because of the description of the gas lift working like a car boot - and just like a car boot, it gets easier to lift as you keep lifting! That is most important to me, as I have weakness in my hands and arms and would have returned the bed if I couldn't lift it. I was also keen on the covered storage space under the bed (compared with my previous bed which was open underneath and gathered dust on anything stored there). So I'm a very happy customer indeed!

Looks nice just like the pictures and functions as advertised.Pros: Looks neat & tidy, good storage solution.Cons: If you're small (like my partner) it'll take a bit of extra effort to lift, though even then it's doable. It's a pain to put together too as the instructions have misleading/inaccurate pictures and some of the plastic bits weren't molded perfectly thus need a bit shaved off to fit inside the metal sections it joined (otherwise even with over 80kg weight you still couldn't get them to go in).Despite the difficulties mentioned we're quite happy with this purchase thus it's 4 stars.

We absolutely love the bed. Looks elegant. Storage is fabulous. Hides away lots of the things you only use occassionally. The bed is very comfortable. Makes our home look very modern and inviting. Love , love , love it. Thankyou.

Was very disappointed with this product. This picture is very deceiving. I appreciate the dimensions are in the description but looking at this photo with the pillows standing up the bedhead looks higher than the pillows but when we fitted our normal thickness mattress it's nowhere near high enough. My photos attached with no pillow and one pillow laying flat. We paid the extra to return the product but that wasn't possible either as has to be returned in the original packing. Somewhat impossible when you pretty much have no choice but to destroy the packaging to get the product out. I spoke to customer service about this but there is no flexibility on the return policy. Bed is ok, the delivery is not

The bed is ok. I wouldn’t call it luxury though. The awful thing was a delivery. They have dumped it at the front door of the building, the door we never use to get in or out, in the suburb where you should not leave your rubbish bin unattended even for a minute. They didn’t ring the intercom, didn’t give me a call. Just horrible experience with that delivery from Myer.

Good bed, looks nice and plenty of storage

Bed looks great in the room and is just what we were looking for. It’s not especially fancy but it does the job and the hidden storage is a great bonus.It went together so easily that I wondered what everyone’s problem was, and then we hit it. The instructions are totally unclear about how the gas lift works. A quick Google search about the bed will solve this, but an extra line in the assembly instructions would have really helped.It’s now been up for a month and it’s great.

Worth it!

Just finished assembling this bed and its awesome! My home is very tight on storage so this is a life saver for me. You can fit so much in it. I have the queen size and i put everything i wanted to store in there and its perfect! The two parcels were delivered a week apart which was really annoying but it was well worth it. Easy to put together just tedious. Just note that the head board is short, it barely peeks over the pillows! Once i have had it for a while i am going to paint it with fabric paint so thats also a possibility if you aren’t 100% on the colour. Also get hexagonal screwdrivers, theres a lot of bolts!
