These handles are a great addition to your palm router. Great stability and control!
I have a Ruyika trim router, I did buy another sub base with loads of holes in it for different routers, but my router didn't fit despite all the holes, with the Milescraft base it will fit anything, there are 6 holes in a row, you attach 2 screws to those, then for the other 2 holes there are floating pieces of plastic that run on the base so you can move them to align with your router holes, a great idea really, so I finally have a base to fit, read instructions all the way through before you start your assembly.
Wide enough to sit flat on most wood projects I do and the grips fit my hands well. Its something you don't use daily but nice to have when you need it.
Dewalt 611 has 2led lights to view what you are working on and to view cut area you need to look through base opening. This WILL NOT mount with opening in front of you. No matter which way you mount the base plate the cut out on the bottom of the router will always be at a 45° angle. This is not ideal for viewing. Save yourself the trouble if you’re using this for small intricate work such as signmaking where it is critical to see where you are cutting.
Love this bit of kit... just already good quality and ease of use... makes using me router with plunge base even better and more precise!
It seems it will be usable. Setup was relatively easy.
the handle shattered immediately. the way it mounts makes it impossible to center the bit when using a Bosch colt. cheap and flimsy and a complete regretful buy
