I personally hate sterilising because it’s very long. And my baby is impatient. When he wants milk, he wants it now! I used to always burn my hands touching the hot bottles. These tablets make my life easier! Not more burning hands. You just put cold water in a big bowl, add one tablet. Then you wash baby bottles with liquid properly, rinse and then place it in the bowl. 15 mins later, it’s done and you don’t need to rinse the bottle (but I do because it has a strong smell)

Have been a cleaning chemicals free household for a number of years now (plant based only) however, purchased these to clean my toilet bowls on a one-off. I have two toilets and used one tablet in each toilet bowl (3 tablets to 5L water is recommended, a toilet bowl holds around 1/3 5L). Within a matter of hours this product had given me serious chemical burns to my nose mimicking symptoms of a heavy head cold, with headache. The next day my lips blistered, and was coughing up thick phlegm (symptoms have lasted a week so far, have not experienced these type of symptoms for many years being a plant based household). I used these for my son from birth 13 years ago, and he screamed in pain for the first 3 weeks of his life before being diagnosed as ‘lactose ... MoreHave been a cleaning chemicals free household for a number of years now (plant based only) however, purchased these to clean my toilet bowls on a one-off. I remember having chronic headaches and sinusitis as a new mum too, no doubt starting off as a ‘head cold’ from this product. The main ingredient of this product lists these symptoms on COSHH data sheets (respiratory and gastric). Use hot water or steam to sterilise your baby equipment if you or your baby experience any of these symptoms it’s the safest way.

These are so easy to use ! Literally Chuck them into a set measured amount of water , leave to dissolve , and then you are set to go! Water will stay sterilised for up to 24 hours so you can take items out and add them as much as you wish for 24 hours! Easy peasy! Best thing is they are also great for travel as they don't take up much room!

I have been using this sterilising tablets with Milton sterilising Unit for my baby bottles, bowls, spoons and teething toys. This product is truly amazing, just add cold water and pop the tablet in and add the items you want to sterilise. With electricity price up the roof at the moment this sterilising tablet is more affordable. Absolutely perfect for cold water sterilising, at home or on the go!

I’ve found these so good for sterilising baby bottles. I was previously using a different make where you had to use a lot more and rinse items with boiling water afterwards. These have been so much better as I don’t have to do either of those, making feeds so much quicker and easier. 100% recommend

Love these for household cleaning. BUT…. How have they gone from £2.99 to £4.03.These are essential items for parents and you know this. It’s not a loaf of bread. The cost of raising a family is hard. I’m so disgusted with you Boots for doing this. It’s not right.

I love Milton sterilising tablets, just pop them into cold water, add your baby's bottles, soothers and teethers and in 15 minutes they are sterilie and ready to use, there is no need to rinse them either, just shake off the excess water and they can be used straight away.Milton has a whole host of household cleaning uses too, for example you can soak stained whites in the solution before washing to return them to their former selves. It can be used to clean mould and mildew and to keep fresh flowers good for longer. My personal favourite is sterilising everyone's toothbrushes periodically - imagine how germy they get sitting in the bathroom! They are so cost effective too and suitable for use when travelling or where you dont have access to electric for a steam ... MoreI love Milton sterilising tablets, just pop them into cold water, add your baby's bottles, soothers and teethers and in 15 minutes they are sterilie and ready to use, there is no need to rinse them either, just shake off the excess water and they can be used straight away.Milton has a whole host of household cleaning uses too, for example you can soak stained whites in the solution before washing to return them to their former selves. The best sterilising tablets

I love these tablets . So simple to use and can be used for so much more than baby bottles and dummies. I use them to sterilise my white sink as it stains easily, bath toys, teething toys and even white clothing. I also use them to sterilise the water table in the summer

Very, very useful product.

I've used Milton for years for all sorts of purposes--particularly to clean a kitchen sink on which I must not use bleach and it does a great job. However, I have never use the tablets--was unaware there WERE tablets. I was rather scheptical, thinking they would probably not be strong enough to take marks off this sink. How wrong I was. They absolutely do and I'm delighted. I'm using the solution too at present to clean door handles, letterboxes and all manner of things and of course to wipe down all kitchen surfaces. So you see, their usefulness is endless. I'm so glad I spotted the ad online.

Bare with this review. So after months of using steam steriliser I got fed up with having to descale it every 5-7 days due to living in a very hard water area. Got a cold water steriliser as everyone says how great and easy they are. Read plenty of reviews all saying there's no smell or taste on the bottles, It's super convenient etc. so I decided to give a go. Well unfortunately there is an awful bleachy/chemically/ chlorine smell left on the bottles which I hadn't noticed until baby flat out rejected his bottle. He has never done that. He loves his bottles and Iv'e never had a problem feeding him before. I had no idea why he so abruptly turned his head and screamed when I came close to his mouth with his bottle. Then it hit me, The smell. No wonder he didn't want it. So at 2am I was downstairs scrubbing bottles and getting out the other steriliser and sterilising bottles. It has taken multiple washes to get the smell out of the bottles. I almost purchased new bottles because I didn't think I'd be able to get the smell out. Now why would I recommend this? They are great for cleaning around the house and making sure all those toys that are chewed up, sucked on and dropped on the floor every day are clean and germ free. Yeah I know kids need germs and believe me when I say my boy gets more than his fair share but with the way the world is at the moment is better to be safe than sorry. I also wonder had I used this from day one would we have noticed the smell so much? Would the baby have been any less accepting of his bottles? Maybe not!
