The batteries do their job but, if used on a cordless ratchet and ratchet bottoms out fastener, it will shake the battery to pieces, literally. Both of my new batteries have self tapping screws and taped holding them together. Ive had 2 brand new batteries do the exact thing. I have never dropped batteries, or misused them. I like them and would by again but just cant used them on a cordless ratchet.

These batteries are not original but work great. It seems they discharge a bit faster than Milwaukee but fit well in charger and tools. As far as I can tell if using off brand items isnt a problem for you then these are a great option. With the two back quite a bit cheaper than one Milwaukee battery you can get both and charge them more often but still get same work for cost done.

At first, I bought the high output non-branded batteries for Milwaukee. I work outside, and this year it has been cold, in the 20's. The unbranded batteries would run my Milwaukee ratchet for 10 seconds and quit. Recharge them, and same results, 10 seconds, maybe. After they warm up, they work. I cant wait for spring for my tools to work. Change back to these genuine Milwaukee batteries, and it works just fine.

I took a chance on this used example and it has proven itself by keeping its charge, ready to rip after days of inactivity with the sporadic that I give it. While it makes the tool heavier, it provides a stable base for my ratchet.
Brilliant bit of kit, just what I needed to back up my existing batteries. It's good that I could purchase more than one at a time and save money as a pack order. These little gems are small, light and powerful, just right for a smaller 12v unit in a tight space and they last a surprisingly long time between charges too

Bought it with the 1/2 inch wrench. Good battery. Lasts a long time. It takes no time to charge up. I’ve only been using it for about a month. So far so good
Unlike a lot of other manufacturers where almost any battery will do the job, in Milwaukee tools case, you should probably invest the extra cost and go genuine. I cannot say that I feel I get more power from the genuine battery. However, in respect of daily performance, the Redlink technology combined with the Redlithiom technology will keep your tool safe / undamaged and you will be able to use it longer with less break sessions due to its anti-overheating control.
Won't know until I get back to Canada and try them in my heated hoodie. They sure look similar to the real one that came with the jacket. Plainly says made in China. However the Milwaukee's also made in China. So sad America has lost so much to the new world owners. And why does Home Depot sell the originals for 59 USD the clones are 10 bux
This battery is total rubbish. I have one 2ah (Milwaukee) and mine is more powerful and lasts about 3 times longer than this one. I checked this battery with an angle wrench and riveter. Don't waste your money, buy the original one. You spend more, but you save your nerves :-)
