Beautiful combo open end ratcheting box wrench from Milwaukee tools. With its MAX BITE Open-End Grip which Milwaukee claims will improve its grip on damaged nuts and bolts. I found that this actually does work. Other wrenches would slip but this one wouldn’t.24mm dimension is embossed into the wrench and filled with black ink for easy viewing.The wrench has a highly polished chrome plating that is wonderful if your hands are clean and dry. If you have oil or grease or water on your hands it makes it a little harder to hold on to the wrench.The box side of the wrench has zero degree offset (see photos)

The Milwaukee 27 mm Ratcheting Combination Wrench is 14-3/8 inches long and weighs 27 ounces. There are 144 ratcheting positions and has 2-1/2 degrees between ratcheting clicks. It works well in tight spaces. The ratchet works in only one direction so if you want to change from tighten to loosen, merely flip the wrench over and the ratchet now works in the other direction. The open-end part of the wrench features Milwaukee’s MAXBITE grip that improves how it grips the nuts and bolts, I've never seen this feature before. This tool adds to my extensive metric wrenches for working on large tractors and skid steers. Milwaukee Tool has a Lifetime Guarantee on their tools. Made in Taiwan.

Wow! What a wrench. It’s an extra heavy duty ratcheting combination wrench that’s for serious use. I got this to work on my equipment when something big breaks. So far, it’s been a good luck piece and in the month I’ve had it, nothing has broken. Maybe I should have got one sooner. The wrench is heavy and should stand up to just about anything 27mm I have. It’s comfortable to grip and the extra length provides extra torque when needed. Everything is well-labelled with ultra-visible lettering. You’ll not forget this is a Milwaukee tool with the etched lettering on one side of the handle and raised metal lettering on the other side of the handle. This is a well-made ratchet and its polish and luster are second to none. It allows for easy cleanup. Large label and thick I-Beam handle. It is heavy/solid and feels substantial which I like in a tool. I did question the grip – in my mind – by how it looked compared to other brand racket. To my surprise when using it, it felt and worked better than the others I have and have used. There was some thought and ergonomics applied here. The ratchet will give you that little extra because of the 2.5° of arc swing and 144 ratcheting positions, efficient work in tight spaces. Packaging is easy to open with screw on back. This is a keeper, with lifetime guarantee something you would pass on when you can no longer wrench. Made in Taiwan.

Unlike many combination wrenches, these ratchet in one direction only, eliminating the need for a directional switch, which is a common weak spot. We have a several decent sized yard tools with large bolts and having a tool this sound is exactly what we need to break rusted nuts and bolts apart. The large number of ratcheting positions is super helpful in tight spots and the notched open end makes repositioning the tool on the nut or bolt much easier. I really like the four large size labels, one on each end of each size, making it easy to pick out the right wrench, even from a distance. The ratchet has a clear direction marking. Initially the ratchet was a little stiff but it has loosened up with use. The MAXBITE feature has a number of narrow grooves across the open-end jaw - 3 on one jaw and 5 on the other. It's a well made 32 mm ratcheting combination wrench. The ratcheting closed end has a 12 point drive. A few serrations on the open end to help it grip. The feature I love about these Milwaukee wrenches is the I-beam construction - the grip part is wider near the edges, which makes it stronger and much easier on your hands. The size markings are deeply stamped into the metal and have black paint for contrast. That won't be coming off anytime soon! I am a little worried that the directional arrow is faint, but I'm sort of used to testing the direction of this type of wrench with my fingers before using them, so not too worried about that. I recommend these without hesitation.
