Just picked this hammer up and it was awesome, I grabbed a few nails and I put it on the magnetic holder and it made it more easier to bang in, and instead of having to hold the nail and bang it in that way which hurt a lot if you hit your fingers. 10/10 I would buy this again!

Never owned a proper framing hammer (heavier weight, milled face) - always used the classic claw hammer with smooth face.It used to be driving nails with my old hammer about 20% of them used to bend over, hard to drive in straight. With the framing hammer, I literally framed my entire basement probably 1000 nails or more and only one bent over on itself as I was driving it in - and that was a fluke caused by a knot.I had debated using screws - so glad I bought this hammer. Nails are way cheaper, faster to bang in, and stronger. The amount I saved on screws paid for the hammer three times over.Bring on the deck! This thing is legit fun to use.

This hammer is great for me I'm a carpenter and I do occasional demo. I needed a hammer that can do framing but stand up the stress of demo. This hammer is strong, durable, and doesn't seem to give to much vibration. The only thing that I would point out is I am a lefty and this hammer is kind of weighted to the left (to give right handed people an easy swing) but for me it tends to pull a little to the left. It took me around an hour to get used to the very slight weight offset. This being said I love this hammer! It's great quality for a great price.
Very poor. It did hit good but the ringing from it was unbearable. I was very disappointed.
Milwaukee - No Question about quality. Only suggestion is there is grip marking on the end of the hammer so sometimes, those grip markings will also be getting stamped on the surface as well. Do not know how to overcome it. May be my lack of experience. Please suggest how to overcome it.
This hammer is very comfortable & well constructed. The milled face is superb; It has a smooth coating finish' It hits hard & also its 28oz hammer head so it will drive the nails deep. The nail holder is magnetic make jobs fast accurate.
After a short few months, I have both the smooth and milled face 22 oz. framing hammers; and both of them rusted very quickly. I wish I would figure out why!!
I recently bought this hammer to replace my heavy Estwing that snapped after 20 years of abuse. It is well balanced and comfortable to use. Unfortunately it rings like a bell on every strike and occasionally the grip starts to slide.
This is a functional framing hammer. Its a little large so if you are looking for a smaller hammer don't get this one. They don't mention this but it has an anti ring claw which makes the claw look lopsided. As a framing hammer it works well, the nail holder works well.
