This shear makes quick work of cutting strut channel. Previously I used either an angle grinder or a chop saw with diamond blades. Those cut great, but they didn’t provide a cut that was ready to install, there was still filing and grinding to get it cleaned up enough to meet the specifications of most of my projects. These come out of the shear with a crisp clean end and it’s also portable making it much easier than a chop saw!
