Broken MANY Husky adapters that we loaded up on when they were on sale for the holidays. These have withstood far more abuse and no breaks yet. They were twice the price of the Husky versions (because you get half as many bits) but since they aren't breaking they are well worth it. I wish I could get the money back we wasted on the Husky junk and buy a few more sets of these with it.

Seems to handle the g-forces of the impact driver with the 5X rating. Used to replace the blades on my zero turn mower. Will see how long this one holds up as my former one which was also a Milwaukee ShockWave adapter lasted about a year before it failed and broke when taking off the mower blades. Had to finish the job with a long handle rachet. Here's to hoping that this one will last more than a year.

Not a strong tool at all. Broke the first time I used it on a gas ring removal tool(1/2). I cranked the drill three times and broke the adapter right in half. I'll try the Makita brand next.

These bits are by far the best on the market. I have a clip in style impact gun that uses these adapters and the milwaukee ones are the only brand (ive tried them all) that dont blow to bits. For the price point its a no brainer.
Work great in a cordless drill. I have noticed that more and more sockets are needed for certain types of bolts on just about everything. These come in handy for when you can use a drill instead of a wrench.
Haven’t used these a ton, mainly the 1/4 inch on my hex driver. No issues and also I saw a torque test on these and they lasted well. I think Milwaukee needs to lower the price because Husky bits are just as good and much lower price so come on Milwaukee you can’t charge top dollar for small stuff like this just for the name. The Husky bits beat them in the torque test so even though they look cool in my milwaukee box, wont be buying them again. Still gonna give them 5 stars because for what I do. They will last forever and the machining and fit of sockets is great.
This is very surprising coming from a big brand name of Milwaukee. Very unexpected, today when removing a drain plug that was overtightened by autoshop I used my impact driver as I could not hand crank it out. Two trigger pulls into this and snap, ar first I thought wow that was easy, to my disappointment the adapter twisted like nothing right where the red mark is. AVOID AT ALL COST.
I ready reviews online and some stated impact rated (diferent brands) but still broke. So far with Milwaukee I have removed 4 tires and a transmission motor mount and no break. So far so good but at this price I bought 2 sets to have a back up. Didn't want to be in the middle of a project and it breaks. I had 1 tire that was tightened so hard the electric impact wrench wouldn't loosen nut on wheel. The impact just tried and tried and adapter did not break was impressed.I would buy it again
The 1/2" driver broke on me the first time I used it. The 1/2", is the quarter inch driver with additional metal to make it the 1/2". Not one solid piece of metal. So it's weak and snapped. I ended up with two 1/4" inch drivers and the 3/8". I use them, but I wouldn't recommend them for impact use.
This is not what I expected. The first time I used the 1/2 inch adapter, along with my Milwaukee 2753 impact driver, I tried to break a bolt loose, the adapter broke instead. With the durability claims on this product, I expected it to last. I didn't see any disclaimer saying that it wasn't recommended for breaking bolts loose or removing fasteners at all, but when I contacted Milwaukee, they told me it wasn't recommended. They consider it an accessory, and as such there is no warranty. From reading online, theirs is certainly not the only adapter to fail. It is probably reasonable quality for what it is, but it isn't very durable. I'd suggest considering something cheap and getting backups.
