Service from staff was terrible, was made to feel we were annoying and just wanted to get back to chatting with other staff. Staff on the door at the garden centre are so rude and the experience was dreadful. The staff inside the actual nursery were helpful and pleasant. This experience was at Alexandria store.

We bought four of of these chairs along with a Hartman Dali table as we expect to be using our courtyard a lot in these COVID days. They look great.

Many competitors are making similar products at 3 to 6 times the price, I suspect that the quality isnt as good but when it is so much cheaper you cannot expect it to last as long and it does seem to be good enough.
