I was super skeptical about this pillow, and I’m still growing to like it after using it for 3 weeks.I’m a side sleeper with a lot of neck issues.I am 175cm, and purchased the taller of the two pillows.I expected the pillow to be taller than it is, as it seems quite low for side sleeping.Having said that, due to the makeup of the pillow, you can fold it on itself and plump it up a bit for the height.I find it is too tall when I sleep on my back, unless I have my shoulders up on the pillow.What I love about it is that unlike full latex pillows, you can bend it. I suffer from neck problems and have tried many pillows but have been unable to find one that supports my head and neck in the correct alignment. I have had the best sleep since using this pillow. No more tossing to try and get comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this pillow.

Definitely breathable as advertised with a good balance of wool and latex. However on the firm side which I didn’t expect. I also bought the MiniJumbuk pillow protector. I found that it’s a bit too high for me with them together. All in all, I’m happy with the purchase, firmness surprisingly supports my neck better, so I’m using it every night to sleep.

This pillow is an ideal mix of luxury and good support. I purchased 2 of these pillows. However as I am not a tall person, it was far too high for me . My husband found it to be perfect. I then purchased the low/ medium, and it is absolutely perfect. I get into bed each night and say ‘I love this pillow!’. I am equally happy that it is Australian made!
Bought this pillow as I’m a side sleeper so it was nice and high, firm but soft. Less than 3 months after use the latex has just completely gone soft in it and I wake up with a sore neck after sleeping. Had to go out and spend another small fortune on a different pillow. Wouldn’t recommend
MiniJumbuk Balance Wool & Latex Pillow: Low/Med pillow is actually a hi profile. very hard to sleep as i am a back sleeper, since it raise my head up very high due to the latex in the mid is quite stiff. If you take off the wool cover, i say it be a mid pillow at that point. had it for a month now hope it soften up later on.
Spent a fortune on this pillow as it felt soft but firm in the shop. Since purchasing, less than 2 months later it is so soft it now offers no neck support when sleeping on my side and I wake up with a sore neck. It honestly feels like a cheap pillow with polyester stuffing. Can only assume the latex is not very good quality. Really unimpressed with this pillow given the price.
A MUST Have, this pillow is firm yet super soft. I like a medium pillow and this is more medium than high. It is not getting hot like my previous pillow. I am a fussy pillow person and this pillow is pretty amazing. I used without the mini jumbo pillow protector and it is just as good without the extra wool in the protector
Very satisfied with this pillow! Also purchased the matching MiniJumbuk pillow protector to fit this pillow and it really does as it says and keeps it cool for warmer nights. The thickness and weight is perfect for a medium pillow preference.
Pillow is too hard and too high. Its marked as low/med. But I think it is more med/high. The pillow is also very hard to sleep on. I ordered this online and can't take it back. Very disappointed in this pillow. Good quality is the only positive.
