Inspired by the abundance of local botanicals, glamorous aromas and flavours of the French Riviera, our Original Rosé Gin is a classic Dry Gin at its core. This gently juniper forward aromatic London style dry gin provides a uniquely smooth and delicate mouthfeel. Beyond being a tribute to our origins, our 100% grape base and Rosé macerate provides a unique roundness. Smooth enough to be enjoyed neat, our blend is abundant with botanicals inspired by our beautiful home region and the world- famous perfume trade in Grasse. Lemons and Coriander bring a citrus character whilst Orris and Angelica roots impart earthy notes. Our delicate balance of Rose, Lavender and Jasmine bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend. Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is traditionally distilled in small batch copper pot still with 12 key botanicals. The recipe includes the designated origin protected Lemon of Menton and Lavender from the Drôme Provençal. The most delicate botanical ingredients are vapour extracted using a suspended basket technique that guarantees these precious flavours’ integrity. The addition of some Mirabeau Classic Rosé gives luxurious texture to the finished Gin. True to our wine heritage, Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is built on a base of 100% grape neutral spirit, made from up-cycled grape skins (post pressing for wine), which serves as a soft and round base spirit.
