I love how this suit fits me. It’s a bit tight in the leg elastic but that will loosen after a few swims in the chlorinated pool. I just wish the shoulder straps were more than a thin layer of the fabric... a little wider with thin padding would make this a perfect feel. It has underwire, which I prefer, and the moulding of cups is thin and comfy. I’m going to buy an extra one in case these are hard to find in the future!
The suit is cute, and I appreciate the cut as it is flattering in the tummy area. However, there is no support, lift or coverage in the bust. There is only one thin layer of material covering the breast, so if you get in a cold pool, everyone will know that you are chilly (if you catch my drift). For $184, there should be more coverage in this area. I don't know about the rest of you curvy ladies, but I need some lift in the boob department as well. I expected more and am disappointed. If I had more motivation, I would return it for a different suit.
This is a lovely swimsuit that compresses the lower part of the body so the stomach, belly, and hips appear slimmer. I would have liked more compression in the belly area since I am an 'apple' not a 'pear'. It does make the belly appear smaller. It seems to be high quality, though I have not worn it swimming yet. It is very pricy, but it seems everything has become that way and since it is seldom worn I believe it will hold up well. It feels and looks good on.
I haven’t worn a suit that did not have a skirt or shorts in 10 years. I loved the cut of this one! I got a ton of compliments. The bra is not padded but very supportive and the roucheting made the lack of padding not only not a problem, but it made the suit simpler to deal with. I’m so glad I got this one! I feel great in it. It went great with my cover ups also. 5’6” and 198lbs, curvy in the hips with a booty and mom tum.
I absolutely love this swimsuit. The very flattering neckline draws eyes upward instead of focusing on my bigger bottom. I am so happy to have found Swimcoas it is difficult to find Plus size Miracle Suits in stores. My only wish is that they would make the Mood Ring Sanibel Suite in a plus size. I love Miraclesuits butI also love something other than black. Perhaps you could discuss that with the Manufacturer. Thank you so very much.
Love this suit. 4 th one I've purchased over the years. Took brand new suit on vacation and first time I wore it the strap broke at the back and had to wear it with a safety pin holding it on in the back. Very disappointing. Soon as I get home I will be contacting Miraclesuit for a refund/exchange. Never happened before. They have always lasted a long time with no issues. Hoping the company will replace it with no problems.
CONS: The suit is pretty and well made, but the material at the back is too thin (see-through). I am tall (5’11”) and have a long torso, the shoulder straps need more length for adjustment, they cut into my shoulders. The fabric smells horrible, even after washing.PROS: It looks GREAT on and definitely ‘tucks you in and holds you together’. If these three improvements were implemented, it would make it a 5-star product.
