Yep, I love this mat for my Movingness (organic body movement) practice. The extra size means I can comfortably roll from side to side and stay mostly on the mat. For yoga, my downward dogs don't feel completely slip-free and I did clean thoroughly. Perhaps that will come in time. Now I'm heading off to buy the Miramat giga so we can workout with our shoes and dumbbells.

Due to my height the extra length an width comes in handy: the length is great for relaxation and “still point release”. Shipping was super fast and quality is great.I’m a big guy at 100kg and 6’4 so the added size is awesome. I was initially worried about grip and slipping but after giving it a wash and using it a few times I can now down dog to my hearts content.
Matt is certainly big enough. Does not slip on floor. Though if your sweaty like me, I find my hands still slip doing yoga. The matt is soft enough to be able to dig your nails in for grip. All in all one of the better matts. Will be purchasing one for the wife.
I'm using this for Pilates on a hardwood floor and I'm very happy with it. My previous mat was much thicker and I thought it was large but it's not as big as this mother. It was also not nearly as stable, stretching out while I was in different poses and making stability difficult. The miramat doesn't budge - it doesn't slide on the floor and the structure of it doesn't stretch either, so that's brilliant. I'm just under 6ft tall and recommend this size. Because I have bony knees and shins, I find it helps me to grab a soft pad to put under them for any kneeling work. Overall, this thing is great.
Great size mat! The size makes it so convenient when doing stretches. For those with a super sensitive nose, the mat does have a slight smell but if you follow the cleaning instructions before using then it should dissipate after a few days. The grip is good although not as grippy as my previous mat (different brand) but it offers more cushion support so it makes floor exercises comfortable.
