I was tired of low end stamped baking pans that were made of thin metal and curled over at the edges so whenever I washed them they held water. Seems like a pretty basic request, but that seemed to be all I could find even at finer kitchen sites and stores at higher prices. This pan is amazing quality. I’ll never need another baking pan. This pan will be around much longer than I’ll be. It’s all they say in the description, heavy duty, thick metal, great handles. Just an amazing pan. I wish all cookware was this nice. Well worth the price. Indestructible.

I love to make one pan meals by roasting the meat and veggies all in one pan. I searched for a pan to do this as my cookie sheet will buckle while roasting. Through my search and many reviews, I found this pan. It is absolutely perfect for this job. Heat is evenly distributed and it is sturdy enough to hold up to being full of meat and veggies. I even ordered the skillets after using this pan, and will eventually buy the other 3 pans.

Wonderful pan! Super practical, great for roasting on top of the stove, too . Great heat distribution. Can fix entire meals with just one pan. Thick material. Follow some basic instructions and food won’t stick either. Cleanup is easy, again following the Misen guidance, and using baking soda after a quick soak. Would definitely buy again. Good investment.

This is my second roasting pan purchase. I have bought two others as wedding gifts. Not only do they perform well as roasters, they bake cookies and cakes evenly. I have decided to get rid of my other pans and save up for two more. Cleaning is easy. Quality of product is stellar. These are life-long tools that will feed my family for years, decades to come.
This roasting pan is amazing. It roasts food more evenly than any I've ever used. The only thing I wish is that there had been better instructions on how to clean it. The bottom gets a lot of "stuck on" food that is hard to get off. I am not sure if we're supposed to use steel wool to clean it, but that seems to be the only thing that works. It is my understanding that the pan should build up a bit of a coating (like cast iron) but that is not clear either in the product information.Other than that I love this roasting pan.
I'm sure it's great for roasting. We slap this over two had burners and it's a great griddle. It also has a ton of surface area, so it just got used for reducing pumpkin butter. It gets used more on our stovetop than our oven for now. Looking forward to starting a sear on the cooktop and finishing in the oven with this!
This beautiful roasting pan is precisely right for so many recipes. The hefty stainless steel feels substantial and it's a breeze to clean with its rounded corners. The handles are pure genius for lifting it out of the oven, even when fully loaded with roasted vegetables or spatchcocked chickens. If you are hesitating, as I did for quite a while, then discover it's out of stock, you will have regrets. The moment I was notified it was back in stock I immediately snapped it up . Storage was my question, but I found it fit neatly in the drawer below my stove and smaller baking sheets nestle inside. Absolutely essential purchase.
This is a review of the roasting pan. It’s made very solidly and after a few uses, cleans up surprisingly well. Have cooked potatoes, eggplant, chicken and a few other things. It holds up very well and it’s heavy mass probably helps keep oven temps more even throughout the cooking process. Very satisfied, although it might be a bit overpriced for a Chinese made pan. It’s priced only slightly cheaper than many German made alternatives. Overall though, it’s the uniquely short height and great quality that earn my recommendation.
This is the best roasting pan I have owned in my 50+ years of cooking. I reviewed it after I bought it but it is really not accurate. I loved the pan when it arrived but it is really the user experience that matters. I have done so many things in this pan and its performance is flawless. The shallow sides are the game changer in a roasting pan. The heat circulation is unlike anything you have ever experienced in traditional roasting pans. Once you use it you will never go back.
this is the best sheet pan I have ever used. heats evenly. no warping. browns evenly without scorching. best pan ever for one pan sheet dinners. I love the 5 ply. love the height of the pan. it allows for even browning all the way around the food.it is truly a exceptional pan. there is not another one like it that compares in quality and features. the handles are a plus. most sheet pans don't have them and are awkward to maneuver in and out of the oven. I could likely go on and on. but suffice it to say this is a most worthy addition to your kitchen. throw out your aluminum cheap sheet pans and treat yourself to this.
