I made the switch to natural deodorants about a year ago & recently received one of the Mitchum Natural Power Deodorants as part of a trial. I was so impressed with it performance that I decided to try another scent in the range. This coconut one smells amazing & quickly become my favourite. It glides on with a satin feel & there is no need for waiting for it to dry before getting dressed. It offers great odour protection without the need to re-apply during the day & I even found that it lived up to its 24 hour promise by continuing to protect me against odour overnight. I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a more natural deodorant that actually performs like it should. I will be definitely be re-purchasing this one.

I’ve read a lot of reviews about people saying they smell of BO after starting to use this (and also the coconut one which I haven’t used) and I have to admit I did notice this a week or so into using it. However after doing some research it seems that after using deodorant with aluminium in for many years your body gets used to it, and has a build up of aluminium that can take a while to get rid of. It's a moist-ish feeling formula in a solid block that literally rises to the occasion. So it dries on impact with the skin - after a couple of minutes I can't even feel that i've put deodorant on and feels great and natural. It's not drying to the skin either so I feel it's quite gentle and kind to the skin. I find this works super well for me. I have (self-diagnosed) hyperhidrosis for my armpits, so having a strong antiperspirant is a must for me. I sometimes will have to use Certain Dri at bed time to shrink my pores, which is truly the only way to control my sweat, and then apply Mitchum in the morning to start the day.Anyhow, this more natural Bamboo stick CANNOT stand the test of my pits. It smells good as a product, but overall it just cannot help prevent my underarms from sweating like the normal 48hr Mitchum powder sticks.My biggest gripe is that if I for any reason go longer than a day or two without showering (i know - nasty - but it has happened), my underarms will begin to absolutely stink of onions!
