My husband has been using this for years, and it worked great. I have an extremely physical job for the past 27 years that is far from climate controlled. It's hot, it's humid, and I'm a healthy eater who's built for cold temperatures. Other gel deodorants used to burn my armpits back in the day, so I always stayed away.This works great, doesn't leave residue on my black shirts, and doesn't burn my skin. I couldn't be happier.Yes, as other have said? It definitely is NOT unscented. But I really couldnt care less... It works great.

ive been using Mitchum for over 20years ive tried other deodorants but nothing works as good as Mitchum. it says its Uncented but it does have a fresh clean smell to it, but definitely not overpowering. I live in Florida and i work in a Machine shop, im a design engineer and also a CNC mill, lathe and grinder programmer and my office is air conditioned but out on the floor where the mills and lathes are its not air-conditioned so you can imagine how hot it can get, Florida, heat humidity and machines running, im out on the floor a lot, checking programs and parts and honestly Mitchum keeps me fresh all day 10 hour work days without having to reapply deodorant. Most of my colleagues keep deodorant in there toolboxes and reapply constantly but i never have had that issue.
Used to use the unscented roll-on that doesnāt include parfum in the ingredients. Switched to the gel because the roll-on is hard to find. The performance of this product is great, but Iām allergic to all fragrances and had an allergic reaction to this product because I missed the āparfumā listed in the ingredients. I checked before I bought but missed it. I have to read every label and had read 15 before this one. This is NOT unscented, and if it contains parfum it should not be labeled as unscented. Some might argue that because it is mild it still can be considered as unscented, however those of us with allergies cannot have ANY scent in the ingredients. Please STOP adding parfum and scents to āunscentedā products.
Despite the product being boldly labeled as āUnscented,ā it is strongly scented.With so many good reviews and prominent labeling for it being unscented, I had a lapse in judgement and did not even think to check the ingredients. It is heavily fragranced, so much so that it triggered my asthma. I donāt get unscented products for funsies, I get them due to health concerns. When companies blatantly deceive or lie, it has genuine impactsā¦. Not sure what they were thinking when coming up with a label for this one.I am very disappointed and overall confused on why they would even bother blatantly lying and calling it Unscented.Aside from scent, it takes several minutes to dry, very inconvenient.
I came back to this after going with another deodorant for a while. This was much more effective in keeping sweat at bay, and I have to be careful what I purchase because I have very sensitive skin. I didnāt read the reviews going in, and was surprised and a little concerned there was a fragrance. Gave it a go anyway, but havenāt noticed any reaction. And itās still just as effective an antiperspirant as it was before. Eh, yeah they added a scent, but it is a super mild powdery woodsy fragrance. Itās more potent when itās wet, but I barely notice it once itās dry. For sure, stay away from this if the ingredients or even a mild scent bother you; but if you can tolerate them, itās still a very effective and reasonably priced option.
Iām a big guy so I run warm. This is the only stuff thatās worked for me over the past 5-6 years. Plus itās a double pack! Even better. Not sure where people are finding āscentedāversions of this stuff, but this stuff doesnāt smell like anything and is the only deodorant Iāve ever used that doesnāt evaporate in under 2 hours. Iām literally using it right now, today, just like I have for a very long time. My wife is asthmatic and super sensitive to smell and she has never once complained about a smell or had an attack due to the smell of this deodorant. Donāt listen to the spam reviews.

I've tried all kinds of strong anti-perspirtants and I can't stand the clinical anti-perspirants with strong perfumes that you can smell outside of your clothing. Mitchum Unscented is not one of those, at all. The scent is vaguely sandalwood. It is defintely a unisex scent. That being said, it is not truly unscented. Not sure why truly unscented anti-perspirants are SO HARD to find. As for the performance, I can't say yet.
