Mitchum Women Clinical Gel Deodorant - Powder Fresh 57g

This is my favorite deodorant. I have been using this brand and scent for several years and it has never done me wrong. I love the smell of this because oftentimes gel (or just deodorants in general) have a weird baby-powder like smell to them which I personally cannot stand to wear. Unlike many other brands, this actually smells fresh and clean, and the scent blends in well with any other lotion or perfume/cologne you may use, as it is overall a gender neutral clean smell (even though it says it is for women). After putting it on, I would recommend letting it dry for about a minute before putting on a top because it might leave a white mark on your clothes (even if it does, it is easily remove-able with a little water or just rubbing it off). This dries very well for a gel deodorant. Since using it, I have had no problems with underarm odor or sweet. However be careful with the amount that you apply because if u apply to much it will become sticky get attached to your clothes.

I was really impressed when I first started using this deodorant. My armpits started smelling and no soap could help me regularly. I’d find a soap that helped, and a week, it stopped. Find a new one, then it stopped again. I was trying soooo many different brands, kinds and formulas. But nothing was helping. Finally, this helped. That was a few years ago. This stuff has still been helping. I’m not sure why my BO was so soap resistant. But this deodorant solved my problem!

I got this randomly in my yearly Christmas household items basket from my Mother In Law she usually includes things we can use/need to save spending constantly on needed items. I actually had it sat around for about 6 months till summer months hit, i'd become frustrated that my usual brand wasn't keeping my smelling good or dry during those 80f+ days with insane humidify and went ok I'll see if this works any better... Firstly the smell for me it is slightly chemically spirit smelling almost, I find most clear gels have that particular smell even my husband's preferred brand is a clear based gel. The texture is cooling and I find just a tiny amount goes a long way, I only ever need maybe half a click and it's plenty enough for both my armpits. It takes a bit longer to dry because it is slightly tacky when drying but once it's sets it isn't sticky and for me it doesn't leave a wierd slick residue that some white based deodorant sticks use. For me this works the best out of my go to brands when it's insanely hot outside in talking 90f+ with that high humidity. It keeps me completely dry and I have no body odor that even on the second day I can still feel it working and I'm having to think did I apply anything yet? Usually I splurge for this during the summer it's a bit more expensive but it truly works for me then return to another brand for just winter. I'm not an overly sweaty or stinky person but I hate feeling tacky, sweaty under my armpits and under my boobs because I do have some scarring from surgery as a baby, keeping that scarring dry is important to me it prevents other issues such as chaffing or infections from being irritated due to getting hot and sweaty I'd highly recommend mitchum usually a stick for me lasts about 4 weeks vs a white stick lasting 3 months depending on if I use it on just my armpits or if I need to use it around my scars.

I’ve been using the Mitchum Antiperspirant and Deodorant for years on end and as of today, it’s the only brand I’ll ever purchase. Period. I’ve tried numerous brands over the years but nothing compares to Mitchum. I prefer the solid, but on days where I’m wearing something black and sleeveless I’ll use the gel. I’ll wait until it dries completely before getting dressed. If you have a few minutes more, Try the gel. It works just as well as the solid . Smells great all day long. Powder Fresh or Original Pure Fresh are my favorites. Give it a go. You’ll love it. #deodorant #antiperspirant

I bought this by accident when I first tried out Mitchum's products when someone had recommended it to me. I thought I picked up the solid stick and was worried when it turned out to be clear gel. Most deodorants and antiperspirants don't work well for me but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it held up during the summer months. It didn't leave a sticky residue nor did I smell after sweating. I highly recommend it. It costs more than the other brands but this stuff really works and I haven't gone back to other brands since

Amazing

I got in love with this product since 1st usage. Was experimenting with different ones - to find one that suits my body. Nothing was working, until I got this gel one - "shower fresh". Love scent - very fresh, not overscented... Leaves some white marks on my clothes, but they are easily washable, no stains. Most important: kills all the odor (and unfortunately, I usually have a heavy one). Lasts for the whole day, makes me feel very well cared and so really happy. Buy it for few year in the row now on the regular basis, finally stoped experimenting, as this one works for me in all senses. Really enjoy this product and definitely recommend. Great quality brand.

Completely Dry, even in height of summer

I bought this around a month ago. I have always been really self conscious about my armpits as for years I have suffered with sweaty patches on most clothes, even as a teenager and 15 years later I am still trying to find something that works for me- this is it. I was genuinely shocked (in a good way) at how dry my armpits stayed, even in the recent really hot weather. I’ve been out in the garden most of the day and stayed completely dry. I do wonder if it isn’t necessarily a good thing that it seems to be blocking all sweat, but it does mean I can finally dress up in summer and not have to worry about whether sweat patches will appear!! I follow the advice and put it on before bed, allowing it time to soak in and dry before risking rubbing off with clothing. It works brilliantly the next day without the need to put any more on the following morning. Very pleased.

Great antiperspirant

I love Mitchum. I have tried every brand on the market, for antiperspirant, and I could never find one that actually works for the stated time. Mitchum is the only antiperspirant roll on and spray, that I have used, that leaves me smelling fresh a day. I find that my armpits sweat less when using Mitchum, than when using other brands like dove and sure. Yes, they may be more expensive, but it works. I usually wait until they are on sale for the larger roll on, that way you get a better deal.

The bottle doesn’t work!

I never write a review on anything but I had to read the reviews and respond to my deodorant I have been buying over the years- Mitchum spray bottles. Firstly the deodorant it self is lovely it keeps you fresh for long and has a nice smell but unfortunately the spray bottles are absolute joke! I thought I had a faulty bottle at first as it wouldn’t spray hardly and when I took it back to boots the woman was really funny about it and not friendly at all. I assumed I had a bad batch but the next one did the same thing. The next bottle from a different boots store worked fine until half way through the bottle it stiffened up and even with a lot force the spray barley came out so it had to go in the bin. I’ve decided to finally give up buying Mitchum and to try a different brand which is a shame as the deodorant works well and feels nice on the skin (minus the roll on-yank!) but I’m just wasting my money.

Works perfectly! Hate the scent!

okay.. so this deodorant works! It really lasts all throughout my 10 hr work shifts with heavy lifting too. It hasn’t irritated my skin or left any sweat stains which is great also. It keeps me fairly dry, I still sweat a little bit but it’s really not much at all in comparison to how I usually sweat. I only took off a star because this scent is not for me! I’m a warm vanilla and cashmere fragrance girl and this deodorant is absolutely too powdery and strong, it combats with my perfume. I’m not fond of the smell at all, to me it smells like cheap powdery shampoo. But a great deodorant! I love that the price is fair too.
