The Mitsubishi cash back site was far more complicated than it needed to be, but I got there in the end and they approved our claim. I would absolutely buy from OzAirOnline again (hopefully the unit is as good as its reviews and I won’t need to for a while yet!)

After a lot of shopping around, I found this to be the most affordable air conditioner with very good rating. It has proved to be a wonderful system for a large open space area. It’s very quite both heating and cooling and efficient and very affordable to run. Highly recommend and the staff at Bunnings was very helpful when enquiring and purchasing this system.
I’ve had a great run with the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioners and have now had seven units various sizes installed. All are working faultlessly.The first two units were purchased from an electrical store, but I since noticed that Bunnings sold the same units cheaper - and Bunnings often has them in stock (although COVID may now be causing issues with supply/stock?).
The aircon hasn't had too much of a workout yet, however a positive journey to date - it cools our large family/kitchen/dining area quickly and is whisper quiet. However the Intensis branded wifi controller offered as an extra by Oz Air Online during the transaction process is less than user friendly to set up (worked for one day initially before an arduous reset process) and only provides a handful of functions versus the hand held remote. Considering it was 10%+ on top of the A/C unit cost, I expected easier and more modern tech (and I consider myself savvy)
Beautifully engineered, packed with features, super quiet and economical. Exactly as Choice Magazine described it. Very happy with this unit, particularly the corrosion resistance. Was installed by professional electrician at reasonable cost.
Installed this A/C today, runs perfectly, so quiet I don’t know it’s on, better then other big brands I have purchased before, would be nice if it had wifi.
We needed a new unit for our home and I didn't know which brand to go. After a fair bit of shopping around I decided to go with this unit due to the review's and ofcourse cheapest price on the market. We had it installed yesterday and we love it! Works freezing cold, the unit is so quiet outside and looks the part! You can't get a better unit especially at this price! Highly recommend it
Bought this unit as it was recommended by Choice. Thanks to the team from Oz Air for a answering all my other questions around warranty and delivery.All in all very happy with the Mitsubishi Bronte. The 7kw is the perfect size for our large open plan living space approximately 50sqm heats very quickly.
