I was unsure about this noise as this was going in a bedroom, however it is much quieter than I expected. heats and cools as expected.The installation is another question and I wish I had shopped around for a installer rather than just call the company recommended by appliances online, but that is no reflection on the AC.

I used it a little over summer, and it worked ok. But I’ve really only started using it now it’s getting cool. Takes ages to get going and warm up. Feels like cold air is entering when heating. The fan, even at super high speed seems sluggish. In fact, I would describe the heating performance as sluggish overall. Sorry, I had trouble attaching a photo. I tried a couple of times. Anyway, I am planning to get another split system for another part of the house, but it definitively won’t be this brand. Our church also has a couple of these and they barely make a difference. I’m guessing the small size may be a factor… I don’t know.

Bought this over month ago and has been a godsend in this awful humid weather, our old evaporative was useless
