This was as described. It's solid wood with a nice cane top. For assembly, you just have to attach the 4 legs with 4 bolts and an Allen key. I took off one star as one leg was about 2mm too short making it sit unevenly. I fixed it by adding a felt pad.

Been looking for a bench seat for ages but they were all so expensive. This seat from Temple Webster was perfect and so reasonably priced. I used it as a dining bench and was so happy with the quality. The width could be a bit too skinny to sit on for a few hours at a time if you were a bigger sized person. For my needs as a dining bench, it's perfect.
Although no instructions in the box it is pretty self explanatory. Very easy to put together. Sturdy and the perfect height.Arrived very quick within 3 business days.
