The top layer of the midsole is made of Enerzy Core, this foam is the softest and most resilient foam ever created by Mizuno. The midsole provides a lot of energy return with every step you take. The Wave technology of this model provides stability and a spring effect. The technology consists of two EVA foams that are layered on top of each other. With every step you take, the landing will be partly cushioned and a spring effect will follow through the wavy foams. Upper The Smooth Stretch upper feels soft and comfortable on the feet. The mesh material provides stretch in the forefoot and also provides breathability.
