Loved the navy color and own many MK shoes. This style is loose in the heel, so ordered the 6, 6.5 and 7 to ensure I got one that fit right. I normally wear a 7. The 6.5 was still too big, but the 6 was a tad small....I would have kept the 6 if these shoes were made when MK used to make true leather shoes instead of bonded split leather shoes, but they will not stretch with bonded leather. So....they all went back. Really disappointed.... Show more

Comfortable right out of the box
Very comfortable shoe put them on right out of the box at work and wore them all day with no issues. They do tend to run a bit on the large side. I wear a 8.5 or 9, I bought a 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I would buy again and would love to get a pair in the Leopard print!... Show more

Didn't last 4 months!!
Do not purchase!! Both of my shoes are "talking" in the front. I teach school and I only wear them to work. These shoes did not last me year before they were ready to be tossed in the trash. Comfortable but will not last more than 6 months... Show more

Product Review
Michael Kors couldn't have cared less about making these shoes. Within several wears the leather started looking shabby, especially where the sole wasn't appropriately covering. The back of the shoe was immediately sagging too. I put up with it because I was hoping to at least have a comfortable shoe once broken in, since it's leather and all. Well, after wearing sparingly for about 4 months the sole is now becoming unglued. Oh, and the shoes never did become comfortable, I'd get foot cramps whenever wearing. For comparison, I have flats from a different brand, also bought at Dillards. Those still look great and are now very comfortable. There's only minimal wear on the leather at the toe. These Michael Kors ones look like trash next to them, even at double the price.... Show more

No longer comfortable, Painful in fact. I bought 2 pair of previous but this has been changed. Longer top area, not as soft and comfy, but tight. Higher pricing, no silver metal finish in back and not completely flat on bottom. It seems to get worse with each purchase and higher in price. Sad!... Show more

Runs big!
This is a nice looking, comfortable shoe. The leather is soft. I ordered my usual size 71/2 M. It was good in the length but much too loose, slipping off my foot as I walked. I tried an inner sole but it still slipped off the heel. I’m going to have to return them,... Show more

Super cute and comfy
I love the shoe! I have more than 15 pair of MK flats, they are super comfortable. Classy for a nice day trip or shopping trip. The picture doesn't do it justice They ran a little big but they are sold out so I guess I will keep them.... Show more

The perfect shoe!
I've been looking for the perfect loafer for quite a while! I found it! Comfy, soft leather, very stylish with pants, jeans, even leggings! Runs a little big, so I went down a half-size.... Show more

This isn’t working
These run really, really BIG! I purchased a size 5.5M and these shoes would fit a person who wears a 6.5M or even 7.0M. I’ve bought a lot of shoes in my life but never a pair that was so vastly different in the stated size as these. They’re huge! I even tried using a pair of thick Dr Scholls inserts plus a thick pair of no show socks and these shoes still won’t stay on my feet. Macy’s closed the only store in our city so returning the shoes is going to be an ordeal. Lesson learned. It looks like I’m going to have to find another store that has a physical location where I can return or exchange items if they don’t work out. Also, I’d love to tell you about my shipping/delivery experience which is actually more enlightening than the shoe size issue but Macy’s doesn’t ... MoreThese run really, really BIG!
