Tried the Refresh Dog Conditioner on Ernie, our beautiful, blind, cross breed boy. He has fur like an angora rabbit and not much of it, very quick to knot and so difficult to detangle. Not today, Refresh Dog Conditioner used after his wash and condition in Melanie's Purify and the knots almost fell out, no stress for either Ernie or me. Thank you

These shampoo's and conditioners are the best I have used so far. And the YouTube videos if how to use the products are great too
We are so happy with these products, they smell beautiful, not overpowering. The conditioner really helped with creating a soft coat so it’s easier to brush out knots. My only feedback would be as we have a big dog the pump doesn’t let much product out so was pumping a lot to get the amount our dog needed 😊
We have been using the combination 5 litre REFRESH shampoo and and conditioner option on our 2 mini poodles for 10 years and found our dogs get a great clean an and a silky finish- up to show standard if required. I find the clippers and combs slide through the wool for grooming after using REFRESH. The products are compatible with with someone in the house with an perfume allergies.G and G Mee
Roy the whippet had his first wash today with the Refresh dog shampoo and his coat is so soft and fresh. With his short haired coat he only needs a light weight shampoo and this one feels like it will keep him fresh without any residue. It has brought out his beautiful brindle colours and made his white look bright again!
This conditioner is the best and has a wonderful smell! I will buy again I just wish the shipping wasn’t so expensive.

This shampoo is so awesome. I have Shetland sheepdogs with double coats and have no trouble because of the lather. It smells wonderful! My dogs are so shiny and smell so clean!I will buy again just wish the shipping wasn’t so expensive.
