Feature-length compilation of the first 13 episodes of the anime series set in the future when Earth's increasing population forces separate factions to live in space colonies as conflict arises over dwindling resources. The Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon are at war and, when Zeon learns that the Federation is developing mobile battle suits, Char Aznable (voice of Shichi Ikeda) launches an attack to destroy them.
