Along with many painters and artists I know, I think Mod Podge is absolutely amazing. You don't need too much (relative to the scale of the painting), its so easy to apply, it dries clear, and the gloss finish is lovely. This bottle has lasted me such a long time and I paint quite often with 12x9 and 6x6 canvases. It's honestly great for applying decals on your painting like a glue.

I am a new upcoming small business owner. I used the Mod Podge Gloss to decorate my candles and I found it to very reliable, fast drying, and easy to use. The smell can be a little strong so for those who have sensitive noses I say to use protective face mask if using large quantities. Bit overall I was very satisfied with the product.

Used this over matte acrylic and glitter acrylic paint on a "lace" mask I bought. I think because of the surface I painted, it's not SUPER shiny, but it was a nice sealant to help the glitter from the glitter paint to be sealed in and less likely to come off. Was easy to apply with a brush!

I am a seasoned crafter & have used this type of product before but the smell was not nice & it stuck to my cards so much I had to put the in my conservatory but the smell remained. I was doing depoucage having difficulty due to flimsy paper tearing. I read about this product in a craft mag and thought I'd give it a go. What a difference it made. It was so much easier to work the pieces and put them together. They looked so good with shiny finish. In fact I've already given cards to friends and received a positive response that they don't look home made. And no smell !
Looks fantastic on puzzles. We love doing puzzles and have several frames and hung. I use Mod Podge Gloss for ours and they look great. I also use a small paint roller I picked up from a hardware store. Dustless/fuzzless paint rollers apply the Mod Podge perfectly. Also, pour it on a plate and use your roller or brush to apply it. Pouring it onto the item can leave a slight mark if you don’t get it spread out fast enough.
I recently did a craft project with my two young granddaughters. I purchased wooden letters, the first letter of each name, at Michaels. Then, using scrape book paper also purchased at Michael in the colors of each bedroom, we cut pieces of paper and used Mod Podge to adhere the paper to the wooden letters. Then the girls took stickers of their favorite toys and placed them on the letters. We finished with rhinestones (again, found at Michaels). Mod Podge was used first so the paper would stick to the letter, then again on top of the paper. When that layer dried we applied the stickers and rhinestones, finishing with a final coat of Mod Podge. We used sponge applicators (yes, from Michaels). Daddy hung them on the wall in their bedrooms. They came out beautifully!
I love that I am able to use this product to seal over many of my craft projects so that they last longer and are waterproof. This is the only brand I trust to do a good job of that. The little container is perfect for the small projects that I have.
I love using mod podge! I make cosplay costumes and props and After I’ve made the items, I need to seal them. I almost always put 2-4 coats of mod podge all over the item and l it dry. I can then sand it to make it really smooth. It helps cover any blemishes or cracks where the adhesive I use to glue pieces together which gives it a lot more of a professional look. I like the fact that it’s non toxic and it cleans up really well. After I have finished with the mod podge, I’ll spray some plasti-dip on to give the item even more protection and then I’ll start the painting process. I highly recommend this product and I’ll continue to buy it
