This model kit of the powerful 1965 Chevy II Gasser from Moebius is a completely new mold! The Chevy II was launched in 1961 as a new compact car. A 2800mm, 110-inch wheelbase was adopted, and in addition to the two-door sedan version, it was also available as a two-door hardtop, a convertible, a four-door sedan, and a station wagon. In 1965, Chevrolet offered a 5.4 liter V8 engine capable of producing 300 horsepower, and the Chevy II became very popular as a muscle car. It was frequently used as a base machine for street customs and drag racing -- many Gasser-style vehicles with a raised front end were produced for drag racing. The model kit reproduces the first-generation Gasser-style Chevy II, with the raised front end duplicated in great detail. The mechanisms such as the suspension setting and drive system unique to Gasser specifications is accurately expressed. The tuned V8 engine is reproduced in front; large-diameter drag slick tires are included for the rear, and plated parts are included for both front and rear wheels for a gorgeous finish! In addition, the interior is fully recreated, with a stretched roll bar for the powerful impression of a racer.
