The champagne was put in carton without any protective layering. It was delivered to me in a sad state - champagne box was crushed out of shape which made it unsuitable for gifting. It looked like it had been tossed around by speedpost.

Bought as a celebratory gift and recipient enjoyed the fizz….purchased in Waitrose on offer, disappointed there was no box as shown on website which makes it look special.
