We received this spice set of Shichimi Togarashi a few days ago. I recently purchased this for using with Zoom classes to raise my computer. Now, I cannot imagine not having it. It is so much more comfortable for typing, for watching videos, for using with courses. I don't want to have to move my computer and stand separately, so I love that this is connected to the computer. It is thin, so if I really want my computer flat, no problem. But I do not want it flat. This helps with my posture and my hand placement. And, since I am a bit clumsy, it also gives my computer some protection from spills since it is not flat on the table. I was drawn to the idea of improving posture from the heightened screen - and I do feel the improvement that the stand offers in my posture. Right now, it works well - as of one day of use. When set to the higher position I was afraid it would be a bit wobbly but I really don't notice at all. I rest my palms on the sides of my touch-pad and type from there - my palms don't really lift up and the typing experience it just a good as it was, if not better. When I intentionally move the laptop I notice a bit of fault of the stand. It's not wobbly but it swivels from the build of the stand being a bit flexible. Also, it grips to the table when you‚Äôre using it, but then stays put neatly away on the bottom of your laptop with light magnets when not in use. Got this stand in to make writing on my 13" lenovo 2-in-1 laptop more comfortable and this product is absolutely perfect. As a student, it is preferable using windows ink on OneNote to write out notes and make notations on diagrams and this stand provides support to hold the digitizer at a comfortable angle without wobbling or making it feel like I'm about to crack the screen from resting my palm on the surface while writing and thats due to the fact that it supports the entire monitor, not a single point. Is it sticky and doesnt slide around but easily peels off without leaving residues if you want to remove the stand to place it somewhere else if the need arises.The bad:1. potentially covers the heat vents when not using the stand if attached to the base (I have a lenovo yoga 730)... not sure if this would be case on 15"+ laptops though.Summary:Highly recommend for anyone that utilizes pens on windows 2-in-1s. Was about to buy a Surface Pro because it has a kickstand until I found this and its working out perfectly! Only thing I would advise is to either always use the stand if attaching to the base of the laptop (at least on 13" laptops).Last thing to note is that the first picture on the item description is glittery but the actual grey product comes in a nice, inconspicuous flat cloth-like material.
I have ordered multiple Moft Invisible Slim Laptop Stands because they work so well. I put one on 15.6 in Chromebook and one on a 11 in. Sentio Superbook. The stands work well on both laptops, but the Superbook is kind of on the small side, so it only really works on the higher angle setting. The Sentio Superbook is a little wobbly and unstable when the Moft laptop stand is set at the lower angle setting. The larger Chromebook is much more stable. Both laptops are definitely more ergonomic for typing and viewing videos. The only issue I have so far is that I sometimes struggle to set the stand up without looking. It should be easy, and maybe it's just me, but sometimes it takes me a minute to figure out how to pop the stand up correctly. I have another laptop stand made from aluminum, which is very sturdy but heavy. And I got tired of moving that stand around the house whenever I need to move the laptop somewhere else. This thing really doesn't add much weight to your laptop and it becomes part of your laptop. You can use it when you need it or just forget about it when you need to put your laptop away. The simplicity is awesome.This stand is strong and it will hold your laptop's weight well. Of course, you can't compare it to those metal stands, because it is made from hard fabric (kind of like iPad cases) after all. But for a light stand, the level of support you get is more than enough to handle your typing without any wobble. Since the stand creates an isosceles triangle with the top supporting the center of your laptop, you will feel some wobble if you ONLY press on one side of your laptop. But it is minimal and will go away when you have both hands on the keyboard.And here comes of part I wish they could figure out. Most Macs already have 4 bumpers on the bottom of the body. They are designed to keep the laptop from sliding around, but they only work when the machine is level on the surface. Since this stand lifts up the laptop at an angel, the bumpers won't work anymore. You will notice some sliding around if you have a laptop with some kind of metal chassis. So you will need to add your own bumpers if you want to protect your laptop from getting scratched. They really should put some kind of bumpers with the stand so that you don't have to go look for those yourself.
Wow. Just wow. This Japanese seven spice blend is fantastic. It smells amazing. This is very similar to Canadian blend spice. Canadian Steak seasoning has salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, red pepper, thyme, sugar, and orange peel. This Seven Spice blend has black pepper, cayenne, orange zest, garlic, poppy seed, black sesame, and nori (Japanese seaweed). It smells nearly identical to Canadian Steak seasoning. Canadian does not have any kick to it, but the seven spice sure does thanks to the cayenne. Woo! It is good. Canadian Steak seasoning is saltier and sweeter. The seven spice does not have any salt in it.This would be good on tuna, burgers, ground pork, chicken wings, ramen noodles, fresh melon, or on the grill for beef, chicken, fish, or other meats. We tried it on steak as a rub and let it sit for a couple of hours. It was very very very good. My husband likes to sprinkle it on mac and cheese and pasta mixes like tuna helper, hamburger helper, and chicken helper. It is also good on rice a roni and other pasta blends. Basically, use your imagination as this seven spice blend is amazing on everything. My kids don't like it because it is spicy though.A little goes a long way, and there are TWO jars of it.
