Unlike other Massdrop molie sales, this drop was actually a decent value, about 50% off retail. But this drop was just for regular ol’ molies, nothing special, with all the usual things fountain pen users loathe: unpredictably unsuitable paper stock and that silly—and undeserved—gloss of luxury or exclusivity. I enjoy using pocket-sized molie notebooks, even with my fountain pens, so any opportunity to get five or ten at dramatic savings is worth taking advantage of.

Love this and I’ve bought so many. Small enough for a small bag and large enough for taking notes. I especially love the small pocket in the back for business cards, or other papers.
The Moleskin blank notebook was a gift for my nephew who does creative writing at Uni. The added option to emboss his name on the front was an added bonus not offered elsewhere.
