I'm 32 inch waist and these fit well. Negatives: bulky to fit under boxers. Why do they need to be white, they look just like man nappies. Some nights there is leakage if wee willie winkie slips round the side. I won't upload a photo of me, I'll save you that.

An excellent product

The MoliCare Premium Mobile Overnight Pull-up (8 drop) is an excellent product. I wore one for between 8 to 10 hours with multiple wettings and it absorbed everything and never leaked. I would definitely recommend these pull-ups!

I finally found the one that works!

My grandson is 16 he has CP, he is about 5 foot three and 95 pounds. He is in a wheelchair but he is also very mobile. He completely depends on a diaper. After 16 years we finally found one that works for him and us! It never leaks changes are every 3 to 4 hours and he can go overnight and still get up very dry. It is a answer to prayers for him and us. I highly recommend the molicare eight drops size small. The elastic leg cuffs work perfectly at keeping wetness in if you spread the bottom of the diapers out after putting them on him. Thanks Malacara eight drop.

I bought these because I was desperate as every thing I had tried ended up with my having wet marks on my trousers. I ride and this is my biggest problem, but although they are rather bulky which is 4 star rather than 5, they worked and were comfortable to ride in.

The product is excellent.The packaging was ridiculous... a box big enough for a small fridge was used. A box half the size would have been more than adequate. The delivery man left it on my doorstep and disappeared. I was left with the task of bringing it indoors myself. At my age, with spinal problems, that is not easy. A smaller package would have been more manageable.
