Bought this for my son to practice. This volleyball definitely is different from the Wilson and Mikasas . It has a grippy texture so it's great for setting, passing, and hitting...even when things get sweaty. The ball retained the air very well. It's also very durable. Most of the college volley tournaments we've been to, they always using this ball. Best purchase made. Great price and fast shipping from Dicks Sporting Goods.

My son has been using this ball both indoors and outdoors for a month and it still looks brand new. Holds up really well, though one would hope so if paying over $50 for a volleyball. He loves the grip texture that his other volleyballs don’t have.
No offense to the company, they were delightful and the communication was awsome. However, the product itself is not an authentic certified ball. Once pumped up to proper weight, after one use the ball was disformed. Also the ball does not play like an authentic molten.
This ball has revolutionized my idea of what a volleyball should be like. Prior to buying this ball I had always played with the Sensi-Tec Tachikara balls. I decided to get a good ball, and stumbled upon this one in my research. The grip on this ball and the feel are fantastic. Using this ball jump serving for me is much more consistent and more powerful. The ball is harder than what I was used to, but after getting used to it I will never go back to a softer ball.
This is the type of ball a lot of open gyms and adult indoor leagues use in our area. The outside has a bit more of a rubber feel to it compared to traditional leather balls. They are not really used for highschool play, so if you are looking for a ball for school age kids, I would look at traditional leather balls.
Imitation but I've to say it's quite good for price 20% of true V5M5000. This ball is soft with hand's touches and doesn't slide, its flight really stable. It makes better impression than Mikasa MVA330 that's two times more expensive. But it is necessary to check edges of panels after each game because its are glued not quite firmly and I was have to use a drop of rubber glue in several points.
This ball is not authentic Molten. - It does not have the FLISTATEC logo. - Hexagon pattern is irregular (you can even see from the photo). - The colours (especially green) are not like authentic ball. The weight and size seem close to the original. The texture is not as pronounced and uniform as the real one. I have only used it twice for warm-up so far, and it felt good. I'll update my review if it starts to fall apart after extended use, as some reviewers have mentioned.
These are among the best and most widely used volleyballs out there. They're durable, long-lasting, and the pattern on the surface allows for great control when serving. My sons have played at the high school, club, and college levels and these are the volleyballs they choose, as do their clubs/universities. Well worth the price.
