It will leak after inflating. However, after putting some glue on it was fine. I don’t know it will leak again or not. Hope the seller checks before shipping. Thanks

As the title states, this basketball is easily the best one at its price point. I would compare it to the $50 offerings from Spalding and Wilson. I was a little hesitant about getting a FIBA style ball, but I realized the hesitation was unwarranted once I took the ball out on the court. It has good grip and balance. The weight seems to be spot on as well. I would recommend this ball for outdoor play, but I can’t imagine taking it indoors would cause any harm.

Bought today at Plenty Valley - team members were brilliant, young lady at counter and the young lad went out back to find it, pump it up and ensured it held air and shape. Great ball, cant go wrong with Molten BG400 too but more on service levels. Well done.
Incredible quality, worth every cent. Highly recommend as it’s great for both indoors and outdoors. The grip on it is also really well done making shooting and grabbing the ball seemless
I purchased this Molten ball online the delivery was fast. The ball quality is outstanding and is holding up to the constant usage from a teenager. We won’t buy another brand. If you are looking for a ball that will meet and exceed your expectations ( not having to re-purchase within weeks) as a parent of a basketball enthusiast I recommend you buy a Molton.
It’s average quality. It picks up dust way too quickly even on clean floors with smooth surfaces. It’s inconsistent with the grip so it’s sometimes sticky and sometimes slippery. Even after the recommended break in usage it was still the same. For the price I bought it for I would re-value this in $69.99-$79.99 range. It’s not like the quality Molten that they would usually produce.
The ball seems to be authentic. It is different than i expected though. I have two authentic NBA game balls and the feel like plastic when new. This one feels less plastic but it doesn't absorb sweat the same as the NBA ones. I'm curious to see how it acts as is breaks in. One more odd thing is the ball feels smaller than the NBA one; just by a little bit. Still holding judgment until i've got 3-4 months of use. If it breaks in well this will be a great ball.
The basketball that was delivered had a broken valve. We ended up bringing it back to the shop ourselves and they had no problem replacing it,New basketball is great.
I took a chance on this basketball despite reviews on Amazon saying that there were wrinkles on the surface before and after pumping up the ball. I was thinking that these negative reviews were just outliers and mine would come without any wrinkles. I was wrong. Come on Molten. Why is this happening. When I first got the ball, it was slightly deflated. I thought maybe pumping it up would make the wrinkles disappear. They didn't. Once inflated I went ahead used it for @ 30 minutes thinking that maybe playing with it inflated would "work" the wrinkles out. It didn't. One other thing I noticed while playing with the ball is the bounce. It seemed not to bounce correctly. I tested it by dropping the ball straight down on a level surface to see how it would bounce. I did this numerous times and the ball never once bounced straight up. Granted I know there are ridges in the ball. I did the same test with my Spalding Zi/o Excel and it bounced straight up maybe 80% of the time. In no way is this a definitive test for a defective basketball, but with the wrinkles and weird bouncing, something must be wrong. I do like the grip on the ball though. I'm very disappointed. I will most likely return it for a refund.
