Mondella WELS 3 Star 9L/min Chrome Cadenza Shower Set

The first unit I bought was returned immediately as the shower head flopped and could not be secured in one place. The replacement was not much better as neither the arm or the head could be secured without a great deal of effort, even after I made up my own washers. In the end I had to purchase another brand head and arm set. While doing this at Bunnings I noticed that the displayed example of this Mondella product had been tightened so tightly that it was impossible to loosen either the head or the arm. This suggests to me that unit was also defective. Unless the Fyshwick store has a bad batch I can't understand how anyone could find it suitable. In my opinion this product should be removed from Bunnings shelves.

I bought these a couple of months ago and I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of these products. The shower head keeps flopping down and no matter how tight it is done it still falls down. I will never buy this brand again

Nice upgrade to our shower , would have rated it higher except for the fact that the shower arm keeps dropping down no matter how tight you seem to do the wing nut up on the pivot point
