Works as a seat but led light does not work :( which is disappointing as I was hoping it would be good for my stepsons toilet and not having to have the light so bright at night

Seat is fine. We are on our third one however as the LED didn’t work on all three. Can’t be bothered taking it back. Toilet seat is fine and does the job.

Seat is great. light does not work can’t be asked to take it back instructions on fitting and using the light is vague to say the least .

Instructions are very poor for the light. Light does not work.
Easy to install, solid design, soft close seat and lid function works well, nice porcelain-white colour and it feels good on the tush. After removing the plastic strip from the light battery it lit up. I’m still not sure if the voice activation for the light will work but frankly I don’t care if it does. The lid is strong enough to sit on (though I’m sure this is not recommended). A quality seat for the price (<$50)
As already stated the seat is great. Also: The light works perfectly. It must be dark first and then the sound of the lid being opened turns it on. There is sufficient light for those who pee standing but it is not much help for those who sit. The key would seem to be to remove the plastic strip that keeps the battery from going flat before it is purchased. And the spring on the batteries +ve side is flimsy but it works. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.
OK the LED is a gimmick, but there was no stock of the none-LED versions available so got this one. Seat seems well made and the mounting hardware much more solid than previous seats I have. It's nice you have screw from the top and not just from underneath.Seat has a quick release mechanism making cleaning easy. I'd still get the none-LED one if they had it but I'd buy this again otherwise. The 10 year warranty is a real winner.
I brought this last week, the warranty looked like a great option. Couldn’t care for the LED, in fact the only time I’ve seen it light up was in a thunderstorm as it requires 64dB to be voice activated. Seat is good, easy to install…light is well…crap. Thankfully you can just take the battery out.
The light on the toilet seat works but is quite faint. The battery compartment is difficult to access.
