Monimoto Motorcycle Tracker 9

The fact that the Monimoto works is just absolutely great! After having my other cycle stolen, I wish I had purchased a Monimoto device. Now, I really need some piece of mind and Monimoto provides that. I hope I never have to use! Thanx Monimoto!!

Excellent application, intuitive and deserves high marks. The tracker itself is also very high quality and easy to install. Let's see how it will be in use, I hope without problems. I've been using it for almost a month, so far I'm happy with everything.

With the transmitter unit's smaller size, I can now permanently mount the tracker on my R1250GSA. (There is no place to mount the older Monimoto 7 permanently, so this decrease in size is a godsend.)I also like the rechargeable battery.This new system works as flawlessly as the Monimoto 7. Well worth the money on the SIM renewal for the peace of mind it provides.

I've ordered three of these from Monimoto now because they are a must have for any motorcycle rider. Set up is quick and easy, and the product is highly effective at it's job. I moved my motorcycle about 15 feet while was working on it without it's fob, Monimoto notified me almost immediately. That peace of mind is worth the price.

This helps me sleep at night knowing my bike is tracked. It has saved me from a lot of unnecessary theft paranoia. Even though I always double lock my motorcycle at night this tracker tops it with an additional security. These trackers should be mandatory on all vehicles as it could do really good in a improving society.Battery-driven, small and easy to hide. Just get it and worry no more.

Easy to install using the simple, easy to follow instruction. I did have a small problem locating the tracker as my bike does not really have an easy panel to remove that complies with the mounting requirements but I did manage it eventually. Once armed it sends me a re-assuring confirmation every day at the same time to say it is still armed.

My go-to motorcycle tracking device

Had the prior version for 5+ years and it held up well with no hardware (unit) or software (app) issues. Have had this version now for a few months and works just as well with the bonus of it (i) being rechargeable and (ii) having an improved shape for more discrete placement.

Over egged marketing

So, being in need of a tracker I settled in the MoniMoto MM9 as it seemed to fit the requirements for my budget and ongoing costs.It does work, BUT…..I was led to believe the sensitive of the unit to be on top notch with the slightest rock of the bike without the fob present will set off the alarm signal. This is not the case.The bike can be wheeled away and be on its journey before it calls you. So as a pre-emptive measure to call you if your bike is under attack; forget it.Yes it works well with positioning but the actual sensitivity is bad compared to the marketing out there.Would I recommend for someone putting in their £10,000+ motorcycle? I’m not actually sure. I would certainly consider others again before I recommend purchasing this model.

So far so good but time will tell

It was easy to mount w zip ties and Velcro in a good spot on my Honda. As I was installing it and walking around w the device in my house I ended up getting a call on my phone quickly so I know it works. I just have to remember to check on it in a few weeks/months to make sure the battery is charged

Very good unit.

Very small easily concealed unit. Does exactly as it says and holds a charge well.My one complaint is that the charging port cover is not attached to the unit so it went missing before I even got the unit on my bike. This is very silly as every other device I have has the cover attached in some way.
