Monin is literally my top tier coffee syrup. I have tried and tested so many other brands but nothing is quite as smooth as these syrups. Paired absolutely perfectly with both iced lattes and your standard hot coffees giving you the boost you need to get through the day. They do a huge variety of flavours too but vanilla is definitely my favourite.

Got this as an exchange because I disliked a different syrup. Customer service was amazing and they shipped the replacement very fast! Very pleased with the service! I’ve always done 1/2 hazelnut and 1/2 vanilla for French vanilla and was hoping this syrup would allow me to go down to one bottle. I think this syrup just tastes like vanilla, nothing stands out as being different. I’m still very pleased with Monin and will be trying and buying more products. I do think they need to offer more sample sizes with full-bottle purchases. If I want to try an orange syrup, it’d be nice to get a sample of it if I bought a bottle or whatever of something else.
Why is there lemon juice in a vanilla syrup?! I used to moderately enjoy this vanilla syrup when I lived in the US, when the ingredients had actual vanilla extract. I've since moved to the UK and bought these smaller bottles of Monin vanilla expecting it to taste the same. It's citrusy and sour! It makes my vanilla lattes taste like I've put spoiled milk in. Then I check the ingredients and see there's concentrated lemon juice. Why??? On what earth would lemon juice go into a vanilla flavoring? It tastes vile. 1883's vanilla is my new go-to, it's also sold in a small size bottle.
Definitely different than the non-organic variety.I tried this because of the price to get free shipping on my order, and it's not bad, for sure.However, I use this to make hot chocolate and it lends an almost fruity flavor to the drink that I was not expecting. It took some getting used to and I am not sure if I'll buy it again over the non-organic version.
