An absolute go-to for me. I love rose flavoring. I usually go for floral syrups for my coffee. This is delicious syrup and I love it, the only thing I would mention is this syrup is not overly flavorful. It requires a couple pumps to get a nice rose flavor to come through the coffee. Might not be the best for those who don’t like sweet coffee. Some of the other flavors I’ve purchased from Monin are stronger, but like I said I reach for this rose syrup at least half the time (out of the 8 flavors I own of Monin and other brands).

I LOVE this syrup so so much! It’s saved me so much money keeping me from going to Starbucks or other local caffès because I would honestly prefer to have this at home! Such a true rose flavor, delicate yet powerful enough to shine through whatever you put it with, tastes just like a beautiful rose in full bloom smells like. Not heavy, not perfumey, just lovely and delicate. As embarrassing as it is to admit I’ve tried the syrup plain and it’s STILL jaw-droppingly delicious. LOVE THIS! If you’re on the fence about buying it let this be your sign, DON’T MISS THIS FLAVOR! an iced matcha latte mixed with this rose syrup and some oat milk is such a treat you’ll never have it any other way!

We are huge Monin fans at our house, and have tried dozens of their flavors. Most of their flavors are pretty spot on.This "classic watermelon" doesn't actually taste like real watermelon... but it does taste almost exactly like a watermelon-flavored BLOWPOP! (Remember those charms' lolipops?) So it's a big hit with the kids.. they love it in their lemonade!But if you're looking for a genuine watermelon flavor, I'd suggest trying the regular watermelon flavor. The regular watermelon is almost exact!

Im usually a huge fan of Jordans Skinny Syrup. With 0g sugar, 0g calories its a perfect addition to hot or iced coffee. I accidentally got The flavor doesnt taste like caramel to me. Its almost bitter. You have to use quite a bit to taste anything at all. My absolute favorite of the Skinny Syrups is I wondered why this was 8 and the salted caramel was 13, I guess its because the salted caramel is light years better in taste. This isnt terrible but I definitely wont be getting this flavor syrup again. I do also recommend trying JordansSkinnySyrup SugarFree IcedCoffee Caramel Influenster
This is one of my favorites syrups ever! I bought it after a friend of mine tried their first latte, (which happened to be a rose latte) and they loved it! I figured I wanted to be able to make it for them again when they’re over. It’s the little things, you know? :) I love how pretty the pink color is, and how sweet it smells. It’s the best for iced lattes. The taste is refreshing and floral (obviously), but not overwhelmingly so. I’m really happy with it, and will definitely purchase another bottle in the future.

When we returned to the US in 2017, I headed to the Monin website to order a case of Monin Cinnamon syrup and some Chocolate Fudge. Our home renovation included a separate coffee bar with enough counter space for coffee makers and several Monin syrups. I have started making my own lattes at home to save money while in grad school. Although I like some of their more 'basic' flavors like caramel, I find myself reaching for this one the most. It tastes great in lattes, and I also love it in just a regular black tea. I don't know how they were able to capture the 'bun' part of the cinnamon bun flavor, but they really did! I actually like this a lot more than Starbucks's cinnamon dolce latte, which is where my cinnamon latte obsession started with. I am still experimenting with different recipes to put this in, but so far everything I've tried has been great. I'm surprised this doesn't have more reviews as it is a little unique but definitely delicious. I will definitely repurchase...in the not-so-distant future!!
It turns out that this Lavender syrup was a hit with my guests. I made Lavender Mule drinks and the syrup added something special. The syrup is not too perfumed or like soap. Instead, it add sweet floral interest to the cocktail. My guests just wanted to try a sample before maybe switching to something else. They gushed about how good it was and stuck with the Lavender Mules the rest of the night. I had tried out how much to add ahead of time, increasing little by little until it was just right. As you can see in the photo, the color is nice as well. I used 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice, 2/3 oz Lavender syrup, 1 1/2 oz vodka stirred with ice in glass, then fill with a clear ginger beer, like Q.
There seems to be a quality issue with this product. I had this product earlier this summer (June) and really liked it (used with iced latte on a vacation I was on). I bought a bottle (amazon) and used all of it (no issues). I purchased another bottle (amazon) and the taste and smell was completely off, the product was not usable. I returned this bottle and purchased another one (directly from Monin) and this bottle had the exact same issue. I also ended up returning this unit. My company also purchased this product to be used with coffees, however the bottle they received also smelled and tasted horrible. They have since stopped purchasing this product. I have purchased Monin syrups for over 7 years, in many different flavors, and their unrivaled quality has never diminished.In one shipment a cap had loosened and some the syrup had leaked into the box. I called customer service and they immediately sent not 1 but 2 replacement bottles. Monin is at the very top of the syrup world. Give yourself a real gift and try it; you’ll become a fan for life.
