AOC Q27G2S 27 QHD Computer Monitor - Black. nnHad this monitor for only a month, upgrading to a new one.nnA slight issue I had with this was that at 165hz once or twice a day it would slightly dim for around a millisecond, this was not happening on 144hz or 120hz, I was told this could be something to do with my system, I tried it on a different system and couldnu2019t get it to happen. Iu2019ve used it for a month on 120 hz with gsync and Iu2019ve not seen the issue happen once while on this refresh rate. Regardless Iu2019ve lowered the price substantially because of this.

Colours are amazing, response times amazing. The stand will make do if you don't move your screen around the desk. I watch movies from bed too though so I'd recommend getting an arm for that. The ease of changing position just makes life so much better.

Pros: As a FHD 75hz monitor user for a good few years, this was a really nice upgrade. The colours were so much richer and with Nvidia G-sync, playing FPS games were smooth as butter. Why didn’t i upgrade sooner?Cons: The buttons are a bit small but does the job and i hardly touch them once i have the settings i need.

I've only got this monitor for a few days and it's working great! I use it for work and also game the rest of the time. Both perform at very impressive level. The colour separation for work and 155Hz for super smooth gameplay just make me a very happy customer. Thank you AOC for making such a great monitor.

I purchased two of these to use as a dual screen set-up for gaming and work.Great size, and great picture quality. Some reviews were concerned about the stand being a bit cheap, but for someone who isn't a connoisseur it seems fine to me - weighty enough and good for my needs. For the price, the quality is worth it. Would recommend for anyone needing to upgrade on a budget.
Its a really good monitor. One minor thing lets it down from being really great or near to perfect is that the swivel only rotates one way. 90° to the right. This means that if it is being used vertically on the right of a multi-monitor setup, the very small bezel that is normally on the "top" is on the right and the wider bottom bezel with the controls interrupts a nice minimum frame setup. On the plus side viewing angles when rotated are really good.
Pros: Very easy to navigate site . Very prompt delivery . The monitor was well packaged and the price was right .Cons: All good
Nice IPS panel. For the price, it’s much better value than high end 2560x1440 screens. Runs Gsync. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good screen to play games at 2K. It’s got 155hz to 11hz more than 144hz monitors. Very good value. I have recommended a friend to buy one. AOC has minimal dead pixels. Between myself and a close friend, we have 4 AOC monitors and only 1 dead pixel between them.
The screen is one of the better ones out there due to the high contrast ratio and brightness. The stand on the other hand, is the most unreliable I've used by a wide margin. The user manual even states "attach the monitor to a wall with a string" because AOC know how bad it is. You can adjust it extremely well for ergonomics but the attachment to the base of the stand could probably be detached by a strong wind. Just take into account the cost of a VESA stand when buying this monitor and it'll be a good buy.
Pros: Very fast, responsive, great size and image. Bought it for 1440p gaming and love it.Cons: Out of the box colour balance needed a bit of adjusting.
I can't understand why everyone gives this monitor 5 star reviews, now that I've bought one, based on that. Mine came with a few dead pixels, the construction is flimsy as, and no matter what you do... every colour profile has a yellow tint, even the "cool" one, and you cannot change the colours beyond that, it seems. The only good thing that I can say about this monitor, is that it is in fact 155hz. It's fine as a budget option, if none of this bothers you. PS. It doesn't come with a HDMI cable, only display port. Overall, I think this thing is pretty poor. I'm wondering if I can return it. I don't think it's even worth its price, as a budget monitor.
