We have other dolls from Monster High line, but this doll (Draculaura) is amazing. My daughter (and I) loved the outfit (the fabric and design is incredibly cute and fashionable, and the color of the pieces is bright pink and black, making it so attractive), the accessories are well made and modern (it have a backpack that had a slit to open and throw some accessories in), a bat pet, a drink, a cellphone, a pretzel, a ring, glasses, and even a sunscreen bottle. The doll itself is made with really good materials that look and feel durable, you can tell that the craftsmanship is above average, it have full range movement that allow the doll to sit and move arms and hands. My oldest daughter just turned 21. As a father who buys and plays with toys I was very excited when she was into monster high dolls in the early 2010’s. It was something we were able to bond over. Boy, was I ever excited when I found out that Monster High was coming back! My youngest child who just turned 2 plays with and brings Draculara everywhere! Since she is only 2 years old, we have removed some of the smaller pieces and are keeping them safe until she gets older. But boy, does Draculara come with extra pieces! I absolutely love this doll; she looks and feels great and she feels like a perfect refresh to Draculaura. I do have a few small issues; Her hair is cut a bit choppy. Her bangs are an easy fix but the back of her hair won't be able to be even out without taking length. Her right arm is pretty stiff and can be difficult to pose. Her ring falls off super easy and I'm worried about losing it. I hate that the headband is held in place with super obvious plastic bits, I feel like they could've used string colored to match her hair to keep it in place. Speaking of the accessories, this leads me to my final attribute that I loved about the doll: the attention to detail in the accessories, at least. And for my main critical point, that made a huge difference for me, (lead to three stars instead of four) was the INATTENTION to detail of the doll ITSELF. Major drawback, as seen in the face and especially see on the hair. I love styling my dolls' hair, but this doll I would say to generally avoid styling, with low, loose ponytails as the exception. The hair is extremely thin sparse, and comes out easily. So again, NOT for styling. As far as the face, you can tell that in my doll at least there are some key points that look a little off. My daughter has taken this doll everywhere with her. She loves anything a little but spooky. She is 4 years old and has the original draculaura of her sister. She much prefers this doll though. They are both different and I feel this doll is much more sturdy.One thing I will mention is there are quite a few really small parts so please be careful with small children. My 4 year old has never been one for putting strange objects in her mouth so we still have all the little parts.One thing that frustrates my daughter daily is that the bag isn't easily accessible. She will put the smaller accessories in each day and she needs my help to get them back out, she is very independent so hates asking for help with toys.
Excellent doll. The body and it's articulation particularly stand out. This body mold is so unique both in terms of dolls and among the other characters. The addition of torso articulation set new Monster high apart from other major doll lines. And the outfit is cute to boot. There can be some screening errors in the eyes and pixelation on the phones and pets however I got a good one. The clothes are nice, not comparable to Rainbow high or lol, but pretty good regardless. The accessories are adorable and the backpack is functional! One note of recommendation: do not remove the rubber band holding the ring. Ring WILL fall right off
The Draculaura doll is really cute but the accessories take it up a notch further. My daughter loves her black/pink 2 tone hair and I like that she has some meat on her bones to better represent girls of all sizes. I especially like how articulated her wrists are allowing her more play value. My daughter loves putting the phone up to the dolls ear, feeding her the pretzel and of course putting her accessories inside her heart shaped backpack. The sunglasses were a bit hard for her to put on the doll but once she managed it she was pleased. I wish the knee highs stayed up in place better; they constantly fall down. All said, she is very happy with the doll and the cute accessories.

I went to the store and purchased this Draculaura doll as well as a couple other Monster High dolls, and they did not disappoint. I really appreciate how articulated the dolls from this line are; they have neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and chest articulation. The Draculaura doll is slightly shorter and bigger than the other dolls I purchased from this line. I did wash her hair after opening her, and then I put her hair into pigtails to be displayed. Her face screening is beautiful, and she came with so many fun accessories. I love her outfit, and her earrings are too cute. I'm truly impressed by this line, and can't wait to see what Mattel does next with Monster High.
