I’m really happy with this purchase, quality gear and great fit.
handy mid / outer layer. Not that warm when stationary, but perfect when moving. I like the fleece panels on the sides and armpits, but kind of wish the forearms arms were insulated all the way around - while the insulated sections shed moisture well, the fleece forearm tends to soaks up moisture, and I don't think needs the same level of breathability. Plus I also find my forearms do feel cold, so I suppose proves the fleece sections do really breathe better. Maybe the fireball might have been a better choice, but I do like the breathability of the fireball lite.
Love the quality and weight of product. Unlike my previous jacket this does not fold into its pocket which I liked. Also disappointed at the way the zips catch against the fabric.

Excellent light weight synthetic jacket. I was a bit worried about the lack of padding in the arms, but the arm material is really very thick and warm. Great in horrible conditions, I recently wore it while pacing a friend on an ultra, 6 hours over night in driving rain and 30 mph winds and I was warm and toasty the whole time. Also small enough that I can jam it in a pack as an emergency layer.
A superb, lightweight insulation layer.
This is a great piece of kit for the price I paid. It is lightweight but provides just the right amount of insulation for an autumn walk. I haven't done yet, but I imagine that it could be used as a midlayer under a waterproof when necessary.
