The product come with 3 ear tips that is good quality but if you want to enhance the sound I would recommend spinfit. The driver is metal and you can feel that it's made with high quality materials. If you bought the DSP one like me and having trouble to use it on your phone turn on OTG and research first if your phone support OTG. Good resolution and soundstage for the price and would recommend it. The earphone is V shaped which is my favourite sound signature because I'm not really into bass boosted. Enough with the pros and now in with the cons, the pouch that was given was a bit thin so be careful when handling it because IEM tend to be fragile so you might need to buy a hard case to store it if you are clumsy. Sub Bass lacks thump. Thanks to the seller and staff of RedApe because they have been helpful and they pack my stuff neatly and it arrives safely. Looking forward in buying more stuff with you guys, probably Moondrop Blessings 3 or Aria next? But I'm gonna stick with CHU 2 for the time being. P/s: You guys might say that IEM in general is a bit expensive for a "wired earphone" but trust it worth it to spend more on audio equipment for the sake of your pleasure. Also please avoid cheap brand.

I bought the one with the Type-C connecter to use with my Laptop and Phone.Pros:- Balanced Sound- No heavy tuning from the factory side so it will sound as the artist intended (Won't be 100% natural as these have a bit of improved or say increased bass)- Improved bass than Chu 1, the Bass feels more natural and refined.- Great build quality with removable filters as a plus.- Accepts all the macro adjustments from the user end (I am talking about Custom EQ, I use a Rooted phone with Viper For Android which gives granular control over sound output.)- Superb in-line microphone with volume control as a plus.Cons:- The cable ... MoreWriting this after 5 days and almost 35 hours of usage. Some might want to opt for the foam tips that fit more perfectly and are versatile (Perhaps send me some dear Headphone Zone ;) What say lol)That's all. One can't ask for too much at the price it comes at yet these are some small things that can be improved in the next iteration. These are perfect for anyone looking for great IEMs.

The bass is just lacking even if it is present on above 70% volume it sounded like a basic invisible bass (not a clubbing or fun vibe kind of bass).3. The sound is very tight and clean but it lacks fun and energy. audiophiles might like it but its con for me.4. Decent Clarity, No depth .Can consider other TWS/ earphones

The Moondrop Link app is useful to change EQComfort:Despite the actual piece fitting perfectly the cable itself gives a very flimsy vibe ( I might be underestimating it's durability ). This in turn makes me hesitant to use them more often as I keep worrying they'll break. Apart from that subjective feeling no actual issues yet.I would have rated it higher if the default EQ matched my preferences or if they had good profiles on the Moondrop Link App.My preference is a Balanced, warm sound that doesn't sound metallic and some depth in different instrumentations. The Depth improves a bit when you turn up the volume to very high levels but I wouldn't recommend as it is harmful to ears. Ofcourse I haven't tried these with a Dac as the reason I got the type C version is my dac stopped working.PS. Photo is there as proof, didn't feel like doing a proper photoshoot. And again nothing wrong with the website! Chi-Fi IEMs are overhyped so be careful

QC issues but otherwise blind buy
28 July 2024

This is my second pair, both had QC issues with the left ear piece not working but Headphone Zone replaced it and it's working fine for now, hope that stays that way. Other than that, everything else is great, the sound is better than anything I've ever tried, and I've used the Nothing Ear (1)s extensively which I bought for 3x the price. The sound quality is great, the build quality is great, the comfort is great, I can have these on all day and still not feel a thing. Listening to music, playing videogames, watching movies or videos on YouTube, it all feels great. I had to go back to my Airdopes 141s while I sent these to be repaired/replaced and after a solid year of using these it was readily apparent how much worse those were for only being around Rs. 500 ... MoreThis is my second pair, both had QC issues with the left ear piece not working but Headphone Zone replaced it and it's working fine for now, hope that stays that way. Definitely recommend buying them without a second thought. Though you might want to consider the Truthear Hola and Salnotes Zero 2, haven't tried either but I've heard you can't go wrong with either of them or the Chu 2s.

The build quality of these iems is impressive and it met my premium feel expectations that i was yearning for to get started on this wonderful journey. The build quality of cable tho is kinda not that good but yep they have got to cut prices somewhere to make them a good budget option.I also own a pair of Souncore Q20i Headphones…They do have a really awesome surround, provide software based noice cancellation…but i was quite surprised on how good of an improvement Chu 2 made in terms of every other aspect.Like name it - better thump, really awesome trebble in par, better and more seperated vocals etc.PS-I use Soundcores with their aux cable for Lossless purposes on apple music :3I am new to the world of iems so the only things that i have to compare them to ... MoreThe build quality of these iems is impressive and it met my premium feel expectations that i was yearning for to get started on this wonderful journey. The build quality of cable tho is kinda not that good but yep they have got to cut prices somewhere to make them a good budget option.I also own a pair of Souncore Q20i Headphones…They do have a really awesome surround, provide software based noice cancellation…but i was quite surprised on how good of an improvement Chu 2 made in terms of every other aspect.Like name it - better thump, really awesome trebble in par, better and more seperated vocals etc.PS-I use Soundcores with their aux cable for Lossless purposes on apple music :3I am new to the world of iems so the only things that i have to compare them to are my mentioned headphones that were my best audio pair yet*(I had airpods pro 2 but they were a defective piece and it killed my budget)Now that i mention it considering my headphones were like 6k and these iems are like 3k as i bought them with fiio (hi-res) dac. They definitely and most certainly are worth it.I am planning on changing the cables soon tho(the only unimpressive thing). And i purchased these budget options as i wanted to improve my experience bit by bit as it would make my journey and finding myself more thrilling and exciting.

Thoroughly Enjoyable!

This is my second pair of IEMs, graduating from a set of KZ EDC's that failed on me months ago. Perhaps they are my first 'real' pair of IEMs.I have to say, the quality begets a luxurious feel that far exceeds its price point. The carrying case is a welcomed add-on, alongside the removable cable and ear tips. The listening experience is quite detailed with far better instrument separation than I've experienced with Airpods Pro (1st Gen) or the Airpods Max. It has a tasteful amount of bass, enjoyable mids, and highs that are not overpowering. Perhaps a set of Moondrop's renowned spring tips would elevate it further. The fit in my ear is very comfortable and far lighter than other audio equipment I've used. As of now, it warrants five stars from me, though I have only just received them and cannot say much for the long term.

Very happy
9 August 2024

This was my first purchase from headphone zone and my first iem. I was searching for a decent wired earphone on youtube and cam across your youtube video of budget iems which introduced me to the audiophile world. I never new products like these existed. I am super happy to be part of this community now and enjoy listening to my moondrop chu 2 dsp. I was very confused and did a lot of research so would like to give my feedback for people like me who are just getting their first pair of iems. I was afraid of 2 things that people were mentioning. 1st is the shouty sound signature (some said it was fixed in chu 2 some say its still there), 2nd was lack of bass if you are a basshead. I was not sure if i was a hardcore bass head but i do like good base for my edm or other punchy songs and believe me chu 2 is just enough. There are other earphones with better base but these dont lack bass so you dont miss it. And whatever doubt you might still have is definitely covered in the overall sound quality. Also these are not at all shouty for me and good for long listening as well. Overall very happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more in future. Hope to visit your shop in mumbai someday. Thank you headphonezone
