At first even though I was skeptical about ordering from a new site, audio store customer service was really good, they contacted me the next working day to confirm the order and all things went well. In short, the sound output is excellent. The bass isn't thumpy, the subtle sub-bass more than makes up for it. The build is decent enough for the price. Would recommend buying along a set of memory foam tips to get a secure fit, as the accompanied tips that come along with the buds work but also let's most of the sound escape. But the most dissapoiting part is the volume. The volume right out the box is "Too Low". It is a software issue that can be solved with a few tweaks (Look up Moondrop space ship buds low volume fix on YouTube, it works for the space travel as well). The point is when u first listen to them they sound lifeless but with the tweaks it can be comparable to IEM's in the 50-60$ price range. Hope Moondrop fixes this issue in its next venture. 👍

Ordered these a month ago. They've functioned pretty well until now. About the only downside I have so far are- the lack of different sizes for eartips (the small ones are too big for my canals, had to get a different set of tips).- no LDAC/LHDC codec support, these only come with AAC (-1 star)The sound quality is pretty good for the price, they're no 1000XM4s or Samsung Buds2 but they get pretty close. The ANC is also good enough, as long as you're not in a location that's too windy. I also love how the black charging case looks like old-school vacuum tube arrays, really cool.At the moment, I have an issue where the right earbud has stopped working after I left it connected to my phone and the buds were in my pocket.
