MOR Body Cream (Marshmallow) 250ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I have dry skin - especially in winter. I go through bottles and jars and tubs of different body lotion and cream and oil every year. The MOR Marshmallow body butter is one of my favourites.\n\nThe body butter is very thick. My tip is to use a little each time and then layer more as required, instead of applying too much all at once which can make it difficult to spread and absorb. When I use just enough for my skin, It sinks into my skin really well without a greasy residue. I found it particularly suitable for use at night time. The Marshmallow smell is truly heavenly and it helps me to fall asleep in the marshmallow heaven. It leaves my skin feeling silky, smooth, hydrated and moisturised until the next shower. The fragrance lingers all night and morning without being overpowering.\n\nIt is pricey, but a little of this certainly goes a long way. One small jar lasts me the whole season even when I routinely apply this after shower every night.\n

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have found my holy grail! My thin, bleached, dry hair, was left feeling so hydrated, silky and shiny. Usually moisturizing shampoo and conditioners weigh my hair down but this is the first range I have found that has left my hair looking so healthy, moisturized and full of volume. My hair has never looked or felt healthier and contains no nasties or silicones. Love it, the best on the market!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! First off the scent of this butter is beyond amazing, and smells just as good on the skin as in the tub. Feels silky on skin and absorbs perfectly. I am absolutely gutted that this is now out of stock but will be purchasing again as soon as it is back in stock. Oh, and just incase that wasn't enough it is beautifully packaged too!
