I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

Easy to order online, great range of products and prices. Often receive or use discount or promo codes as well to reduce the cost. Good Loyalty Club. Orders arrive in super quick time. We have been customers of this company for a few years now and have placed many orders. Can safely claim them to be one of the best online retailers. Their prices are always competitive, service is excellent and delivery timeframe is just incredible. Thanks for making our experience so hassle-free!

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have found my holy grail! My thin, bleached, dry hair, was left feeling so hydrated, silky and shiny. Usually moisturizing shampoo and conditioners weigh my hair down but this is the first range I have found that has left my hair looking so healthy, moisturized and full of volume. My hair has never looked or felt healthier and contains no nasties or silicones. Love it, the best on the market!

Every time I've shopped with Beauty Affairs I've been impressed. Not just with their selection of items, but also with their numerous promos, offers, discounts, & gifts. It's clear that they really value their customer base which is why I'll keep coming back & recommending them to my friends & family. Plus, any time I've had a query or some tech issue, customer support is always so lovely & actually helpful. I really do feel like they care & are happy to help which is just so refreshing! I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! A heavenly scent, that could have been a little bolder. A lovely feel that was somewhat heavier than others, which means it is absorbed into the skin and stays in the layers where it's needed. Ideal for after-shower, when the skin is warm.

Great at hydrating your skin!

Love it! It keeps my skin smooth and supple all day. And also protects it against dryness! I like its ingredients specially its humectants such as glycerine, and the occlusives like the coconut oil. Not to mention, its fragrance notes: a bit of vanilla, some Moroccan rose and its bergamot... The aroma is delicious and very subtle, and the most important...my skin is always well hydrated!
