I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! Divine Hand'n'Nail Cream

I bought some of this gorgeus Mor Marshmallow Hand and Nail Cream years ago ! But I hadn't seen it for years . I was browsing your website and I saw it advertised ! I bought a couple ! I was not dissapointed The consultant I got it through was very nice and the products when I got them were as good if not better than I remember The scent is divine and the moisturising quality is excellent ! When I run out I'll definetely buy again

FINALLY Found Ideal Hand-creme

Finally found this PERFECT Hand-creme leaving skin soft, hydrated & glowing soaking quickly into skin so continuous application throughout day is lovely with no thick balm residue & since COVID-19 start hand washing seemingly increased 24/7 dramatically leaving hands looking feeling aged dry dehydrated. MOR seriously saved my hands all round (bonus delicious scent too!)

I received this hand cream as a Birthday gift

I was excited to received this hand cream as a Birthday gift. I love MOR branded products. My hands have been super dry since the beginning of Covd and having to use hand sanitiser way more than other years. I found this hand cream to be an excellent addition to my kitchen bench. It seems to be at home, when I notice how dry my hands are. The marshmallow fragrance is very strong but not my favourite MOR Fragrance> itry not to use this hand cream when my husband is around, he complains that it is too strong!

Marshmallow Hand and Nail Cream, the Best!

I first received a sample pack of mixed hand creams as a Christmas present, and the marshmallow hand cream was one of them. I used that one first, and liked it so much, that the small tube was ‘empty in no time, I looked online for the brand, and could not find it. I was again gifted with a large tube for my birthday recently, and my husband found the brand in your store, which makes me very happy! So he ordered two more tubes, and when they are finished, I know where to buy it from now! I love the fragrance, and the cream really makes my hands feel soft .

Smells divine, softens hands

The not marshmallow hand and nail cream smells divine, it’s one of the main reasons I buy it, it’s a real treat, it smells really sweet, like marshmallows. The cream is soft silky and really luxurious and it hydrates my hands beautifully, leaving them super soft and the nails conditioned, my nails split and break less when I use this cream. It sinks straight in and is easy to rub in and has no nasty greasy feeling like some hand creams have. The pink and gold packaging is divine and again, makes this product feel like a treat. This is one of the best hand creams I have ever used and I definitely will buy this again. Highly recommend it
