Although my photo is of a cheaper brand the original and cheap version do exactly the same thing. I have an automatic spray unit in my entertainment area and use this spray to keep the fly's and mosquitoes away while we are entertaining. It works really well at keeping annoying flies and mosquitoes away. It has a pleasant fragrance and isn't overpowering. I have mine set low and it lasts for a long time. It's not cheapest product, hence why I buy the cheaper version. I recommend using it all the time whether you're outdoors of not. It keeps the insects at bay and out of the indoor areas as well.

I set this up just above my laundry door because that's where I find most of the insects tend to get in. Within seconds of having it set up, you could see all the dead flies, ants and gnats on the ground, it was quite satisfying actually! This product could not have been sent at a better time! We get so many bugs around summer time and have a newborn baby so this is perfect for keeping the bugs at bay! My only dislike would be that it is somewhat toxic so needs to be kept in a place away from pets and children, so it can be tricky to find a spot for it. Great for outdoors but probably more effective indoors. It would be better if it lasted longer too but can be quite effective on a lower setting.

Great product with no offensive fragrance. Annoyingly it can not be placed in certain areas of the house - with an open plan house. We have set it up outside in the bbq area for summer entertaining and seems to do the trick

Despite the lack of heat this summer so far the flies and midges in particular have been right on. Unfortunately. The windows in my laundry are slatted so they come right in. This product to the rescue. I'm not a fan of strong scents (scented or chemical) so I liked the lack of scent with this product while still being effective. It was great to set up and not have to worry about rather than my old tactic of spraying then getting the family to leave the room alone for a bit. The only thing I've had to do is sweep a bit more often! Appreciate the indoor and outdoor settings so I don't feel like I'm overdoing it. Great product!

I tried this indoors on summer nights when I like to leave the back door open for fresh air and to let our dogs roam outside as they please! I definitely noticed a reduction in mosquitoes/flies however, I still noticed the occasional fly. The product itself is small and discreet, easy to use and has a very subtle chemical smell initially each time it sprays. I only noticed the smell as I was in the laundry where it was placed. Overall, I would recommend this product if you’re wanting to reduce insects around the home.

Although it says fragrance free, to me this does have a slight smell to it, mind you it’s not an awful smell more of a fresh garden like smell. I live in the bush so there is always creepy crawlies in the house, I have this set up at the front door and although there’s no dead creatures on the floor I have noticed there are no live creatures insight so it must be doing it’s job and I would 10/10 recommend

It was lovely been able to have this to try and review, especially during summer when flies and bugs are swarming around. To keep my family protected, this is a great and inexpensive option to not having to hassle and worry about spraying every few minutes. The smell is also so much more pleasant than those strong repellents which is horrible to inhale.

Honestly this product is amazing. At this time of year and our location we have lots of pesky flies but with the Mortein NaturGard Multi-Insect Automatic Diffuser Kit we have no flies in the house. It has 2 settings for both indoors and outdoors and to top it off it’s fragrance free which is perfect for Mr Sensitive. Would highly recommend.

Terribly unreliable product. STEER CLEAR!!

This thing works as advertised for about 2 days, then it reverts to exactly what everybody says about the previous model. The timing will go from literally every 20 seconds (and I timed it), to completely stopping. It used to be that I'd change the frequency switch and it would start working again but now, it's completely stopped. Only the power indicator works - no spray comes out. Stay well clear. I was mislead by these other reviews but if you dig a little deeper - you can see these automatic Mortein products are of a very poor quality.
