The laptop cover arrived in a well packaged bag and included everything described. However, the case had been rubbed by a piece of plastic on the inside and has marks I was unable to remove with water or a cleaner. They are fairly small but enough to be just a little annoying for a brand new case. I am very pleased with the look of the frosted case and it fits perfectly. The keyboard cover is also super functional, though it may take some time to fully start sticking to the keys. As of right now, it slides easily off if you rub near the edge. For $18, I am super pleased with the purchase and can deal with a bit of marks on the cover. It also came with a set of 4 additional stick-on pads (the case already has a set on it that feels secure). I got this case in the mail today and it is great I love every part about it. Comes with the case a keyboard cover and even a screen protector. The only complaint I have is that they screen protector isn’t that great like I have a ton of bubbles in it.

I had ordered a clear case and this one is white. You cant see through it. I did not take it out of the plastic wrap because I plan to return it, but it also seems like it may not fit my laptop. It does have a hard shell texture and venting on the bottom. Hope you have better luck than I did if you order it.
