I thought cupholders were a bit much. BUT not only is this an excellent car seat, the cup holders are terrific.No more handing Gran juice etc while Gran is driving!!!

Happy with the seat. Looks to be of good quality and similar in appearance to the britax millennia I have installed. The only hassle is that the seat needs to fully removed to adjust the strap height, not just a flick of a button like britax. So in that regard you get what you pay for, but if your child is tall and in the tallest setting this won't matter. We got this for my 3 year old and he's 94cm on on the tallest setting.
I bought this as a second seat for my car (for friends etc) and had it professionally installed. The seat is not suitable for tall children due to the height of the straps and it is not really suitable for cara unless the back seat headrest can come off - which mine can’t. The cup holders on the seat also can’t extend out in my car. I am now giving this to someone with a 4wd type car and will have to buy something else.
It looks good so far now. I have fitted this seat in my sedan car and it is comfort for my son as of now. It is little high for my car but it is manageable.
Purchased for my granddaughter as it had good protection score for foward-facing and booster mode. Fits great in Landcruiser narrow fit plenty room for other passengers, although very tall. Too tall for golf R centre seat (cannot see through rearview), had to put on the left hand side. Just have to be careful when threading through seatbelt you don’t catch the harness belt, otherwise simple to fit.
Not overly impressed with this product. I have been buying Mothers Choice car seats for years. Had them with my own Children & now with my Grandbabies . I have a new car so I thought I’d get a new Child seat too. The installation instructions are hard to follow. Once it is installed the seat itself still moves around , I’ve never had one that moves when installed.I have been attempting to book to have it professionally installed , hopefully the problem is me .
I would NOT recommend this as a forward facing car seat. The AirProtect pads are fantastic, and I used these on my son's previous car seat (also Mother's Choice), but the head rest on the Prime AP does not come down low enough to protect the head of my 3yo. For reference he is approximantely 95 cm tall. It should be a great booster seat once he is tall enough, but I would not be putting anyone shorter than 100 cm in this chair. This should labelled as 4-8yo, NOT 6mo-8yo.
We found it difficult to install. The seat belt in or car did not fit easily through the space in the car the seat.
