For somebody heading towards the exit. It was my first purchase of a smart phone. It replaced a gift that had broken. A certain difficulty in transferring data but has good battery life. Enabling me to keep in touch with family and was not expensive as these items can be. A lot of peripheral stuff , which I am ignoring at the moment. If you have a 15 year old to assist the set up this would help. But not in the box.I think my first car had a Motorola radio. Grand car-grand radio.

Bought this for may daughter, she's super happy with it. Especially the battery life. Nice display. Base Android so no bloatware. Excellent sound quality on calls. Never lost signal. Speedy internet on network and WiFi. So if you're looking for a mid price phone that can take good photos I'd go for this one.

I purchased this g62 mobile to replace an older model which was about 7-8 years old. Delivery was excellent- it arrived the next day. Nice to handle, good clear face, obviously more capacity than the older one. Easy to set up and with the Sim card transferred was able to keep the same number. Camera is extremely good and battery, seems to hold a decent charge. The extra year guarantee was an added bonus. Very happy with the purchase D.B

I had a Motorola before so the change to this phone wasn't hugely different but I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward it was. It's looks pretty cool ( I got the pale blue one) and works really well. It's not the fastest or fanciest phone but it was very reasonably priced and it's fine for my needs. The camera has more features than my old phone, so enjoying learning all about those.Very pleased with my choice. Will definitely stick with Moto...
Good Points: It does what I want so far. I don't need anything too fancy, just the basics. It's relatively easy to understand, familiar yet a bit different from my previous mobile so it will take time to fully get to grips with it. Battery life seems to be much better for my usage, a definite plus.Improvement Points: The positioning of the fingerprint sensor is less convenient than on my old mobile, especially if - as I have - you buy a fully enclosed wallet-style case. I'm told the macro and wide angle cameras aren't great but you get what you pay for and I don't really need them.
Good Points: I don't need a flash phone so this does what I need well enough. Also, I'm type 1 diabetic and found the phone I had prior used android 13 and my libre sensor didn't work effectively, this one's on android 12 and works perfectly. It was easier to get this phone rather than have to try doing tekky stuff which I'm hopeless at!Improvement Points: I wish all phones came with a decent screen protector already fitted, it'd make life so much easier and they could offset the cost in the asking price, I'd hope the manufacturers would be realistic and not rip people off and overprice them.
Have been using a Motorola phone for many years but recently found that water and phones aren't compatible. And I wanted a 5g upgrade anyway. So who's offering a good deal on a new mid range Moto. The answer was JL and the product was the Moto G62 which is a much faster phone with good processor and storage.Having used it now for two months I can find no fault with it and wouldn't be without it. One very useful feature is the inbuilt magnifier for scanning the small print which is common these daysCosts -Many people want top dig and buy on monthly contract. My advice - get it SIM free from John Lewis and have a monthly SIM only contract which doesn't tie you in for 2 or 3 years.
I have owned two Motorola phones before and loved them, hence why I chose to purchase this when the battery on my last Motorola, which I had had for several years, started to fail. I have had this just two and a half months and the camera has stopped working. When I try to take a picture I am met with a message stating the rear camera hardware is not working and given an error code which, having looked through various troubleshooting, means the phone needs to be repaired! I have been in touch with JL who tried to talk me through resetting from scratch to see if that would help but as a 74 year old I did not understand the instructions they tried to talk me through. They have advised me to contact Motorola! My advice to anyone considering buying this phone - don't ... MoreI have owned two Motorola phones before and loved them, hence why I chose to purchase this when the battery on my last Motorola, which I had had for several years, started to fail. Really, really disappointed with this. What on earth has happened to Motorola??
